The Mandalorian

Chapter 11: The Heiress - S2-E3

Other mistake: Mando's ship is completely devastated, gaping holes in the hull, patched up fuel lines, engines malfunctioning, and on top of that entirely flooded. The Mon Calamari repairs it for 1,000 credits and the protagonist acts like he's been ripped off. When Mando in season 1 turned down the bounty for the guy who missed bail, Greef Karga offered him 5,000 and Mando replied that it does not even cover fuel. As exaggerated as it could have been as a statement (he was complaining and perhaps haggling a bit), and as bad as the repairs prove to be, 1,000 sounds disproportionately small for repairs on massive structural damage AND refuel.

Chapter 10: The Passenger - S2-E2

Other mistake: When the Razor Crest is beginning to fall, a shot shows the interior of the ship; the cargo is entirely unsecured and the eggs inside tumble all over the canister with no dampening to their inertia. The motion shown was just a mild tilt of the ship from one side to the other as the ship was about to fall. To imagine the cargo staying intact in those conditions during the manoeuvres shown before, which were tossing the frog lady in the cockpit all over the place, is inconceivable. (00:16:50)

Chapter 9: The Marshal - S2-E1

Other mistake: The acid the dragon spits is purported as highly corrosive, literally melting people, however Mando is unaffected by it despite being bathed in it. His armor might be Beskar, but there are plenty of spots (those that his enemies constantly seem to miss) that are not. He should be at least in some discomfort and in need to change, and not carry around his neck a cape soaked in venomous dragon vomit.

Chapter 4: Sanctuary - S1-E4

Other mistake: Gina Carano charges at the clueless Mandalorian, punches him right in the helmet, then misses him as he reels back against the wall, hitting the wooden boards, and going "Ow." For the rest of the fight she punches his solid steel helmet again several times including the big overhand right that floors him, and HE is the one that gets hurt. (00:09:00)

Chapter 2: The Child - S1-E2

Other mistake: To look for the beast wanted by the jawas, the Mandalorian enters the cave and uses a flashlight. But as it was easy to presume, and we see in the following episode, his scope can detect lifeforms and heat signatures even through walls.

Chapter 1: The Mandalorian - S1-E1

Other mistake: Mando and the droid have trouble dealing with enemies that pin them down into the doorway overwhelming them with firepower, even before the big machine-gun-like weapon is brought in. Then Mando hops on it, and suddenly all the firepower the enemies had and that had the heroes unable to move is gone, entirely, they can't shoot at him when he's a static target, and actually stick all out like perfect targets leaving their cover.

Other mistake: The weaponsmith is smelting Beskar in a furnace in the first episode and the metal is liquid without any sort of incandescence. In the credits roll of episode 3, the artwork shows it red-hot, and in the season 2 finale we see it actually getting red-hot.

Chapter 1: The Mandalorian - S1-E1

Other mistake: Greef Karga is lying out the next possible assignments for Mando. He says that there's "a bail jumper, a bail jumper, another bail jumper, a wanted smuggler." Good, but there are 5 pucks on the table. Who's the extra guy? (00:12:00)

Chapter 15: The Believer - S2-E7

Other mistake: Before the tunnel the truck drivers communicated with the base, and the base itself is warning another vehicle about their speed. Despite this level of monitoring, the heroes board the truck taking their sweet time to change in suits and have friendly banter. Considering the convoys are attacked frequently by terrorists, it's hard to imagine that a large discrepancy of that kind would have stayed unchecked.

Chapter 16: The Rescue - S2-E8

Other mistake: Moff Gideon is holding the Child under the threat of the darksaber. He tells Mando "Drop the blaster." Mando killed the two last enemies with his spear (the second one even choking him with it) and went straight to open the door of the cell, no blaster in hand. (00:20:00)

Chapter 12: The Siege - S2-E4

Other mistake: Out of weaponry and with the enemy planes that got a hold of them, all hope is lost for the heroes, even if for some reason the fighters didn't stay behind them to aim but overpassed them. The first TIE fighter that is destroyed when they are saved is shot from the front, but Mando's ship arrives coming from behind them. (00:07:15)

Chapter 11: The Heiress - S2-E3

Other mistake: Mando takes off with his jetpack, and we see later that the shore is not too far away...as Mando watches the sunset while his saviours demolish the ship in an explosion. He took his sweet time to get back ashore, especially considering that the Mandalorians mysteriously appeared to save him in seconds and the ship was in the middle of the ocean. (00:13:40)

Chapter 10: The Passenger - S2-E2

Other mistake: Mando's ship is crawling with spiders, but the X-wing pilots (who are amazing marksmen, apparently) exterminate every single one of them with their blasters. The ship itself was full of those, a few dozen rifle shots couldn't possibly get rid of them.

Sammo

Chapter 6: The Prisoner - S1-E6

Other mistake: Since they received a distress signal from a beacon, the X-wings...destroy the station the signal comes from, instantly. Maybe it's better not to ask for help (Notice the fact that they continue to attack it and in the concept art at the end of the episode the station is shown as exploding, not just the gunship they were launching).

Sammo

Chapter 6: The Prisoner - S1-E6

Other mistake: Everyone Mando fought with at the ship turns up alive at the end of the episode, but it's shown in the fight with the devil dude that the doors closed all the way and there's no room between the two sets of doors. There's no space for his head not to be popped like a melon. (00:30:00)

Show generally

Other mistake: Din tracks Grogu down through his chain code and other bounty hunters do the same throughout the series. As stated elsewhere, chain codes were implemented in the year 19 BBY AFTER the end of the Clone Wars and Order 66. We know that Grogu was spirited away from the Jedi Temple during the Slaughtering of the Younglings, so he was already a fugitive by the time they came about. No way they could stop and register him with the Empire while he was on the run from them.

Captain Defenestrator

Chapter 1: The Mandalorian - S1-E1

Plot hole: Nick Nolte's little guy is supposedly terribly helpful towards Mando, showing him "the only way" to reach the enemy encampment, which is by riding the weird fishy beast, but when Mando surveys the target and the robot reveals itself, you can see that there are only shallow hills around the base, a large clear path of land, nobody even is on lookout...and most importantly, in the following episode, Mando makes it back on foot anyway, no blurrgs - and evidently the baddies had no vehicles, making them even less of a threat to begin with. And for being so helpful and good natured, he did not tell him to park the ship by/at his place nor warned him about the Jawas.

Chapter 8: Redemption - S1-E8

Greef Karga: He missed!
The Mandalorian: He won't next time.
Cara Dune: Our blasters are useless against him.
Greef Karga: Hey, let's make the baby to the magic hand thing. Come on, baby! [Waving his fingers] Do the magic hand thing. [The Child coos.] I'm out of ideas.

Answer: It's possible it's a different race of Jawas. The ones we saw before with red eyes were on Tatooine. These are a different group of Jawas on a different desert planet, thus probably have mutated or adapted different isolated from the other groups and have their own traits.
