Escape from Luna II - S1-E4

Plot hole: White Base and the interior of Luna II withstand without a scratch the explosion of the thermonuclear reactor from the Magellan from just a few meters, while the blast literally vaporizes the Zaku far away from the entrance and threatens to damage the Musai, hundreds of meters away.

Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Fraw Bow hands soap and towels to a couple old men. The one behind her is wearing a blue suit with a green-ish bowtie. She looks around for Amuro, and when she finds him, Mr. Bowtie is wearing earthy colors, beige suit with a red tie. (00:03:00)

Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Char has just received the new Zakus. There is a scene when he instructs his 3 commandos for the atmospheric re-entry assault; their helmets have a large purple band only in the front view. (00:05:30)

Re-Entry to Earth - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Char in his close quarter clash with Amuro sinks his Heat Hawk in the Gundam' shield, creating a huge gash that almost breaks it. When Kom explodes and both are thrown to the side and separated, Amuro's shield has still the hole from the early phases of the battle but not the big gash at the top. (00:15:50)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Audio problem: The officer is trying to force Bright to send out of the Gundam to break through the enemy forces. Kikka is singing, which makes him lose his temper. You can see though that when she supposedly sings her mouth is instead closed. (00:05:30)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Garma deploys the Zeon Mobile Suits. The three Zakus descend in a different order in the various shots (the rightmost one is much closer to the ground at first, in midair it appears to be last but catching up, and then it changes again next). (00:14:00)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Other mistake: When Amuro exits the Gundam cockpit after successfully repelling Garma's forces, his hair is colored jet black instead of brown (nothing else in the scene changes color and it is a fairly mundane transition, so it's not a matter of light). (00:19:50)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Amuro passes by Fraw Bow without saying anything. After that, you can see a group formed by Ryu, Hayato, Sayla and Mirai rushing to greet him. But at the cut, Mirai is not there, replaced by Kai Shiden. (00:20:00)

Garma Strikes - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: When Garma visits Char that is taking a shower, he has a pink report in hand. In the close-up, the paper is orange, with just a very small pink label on the front cover. Returns pink when he stands up to leave. Finally, just before he actually leaves, the document is back to the orange cover, this time with a pink label bigger than the first time. (00:21:50)

The Core Fighter's Escape - S1-E7

Other mistake: The Core Fighter has been launched using the catapult that shot it over Garma and Char's position. Despite the need to move forward and the huge momentum built being shot like a missile by White Base, when Amuro dogfights with Char's capsule he flies in all directions around it, and Char's ascended almost vertically. Winds of War - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: White Base collides with a mountain peak, sending Amuro and Fraw Bow flying. The cargo they were wheeling crashes against the wall. Haro from the top of pile bounces down on a component horizontal on the floor. Another element is leaning against this horizontal block, and the total height is greater than Haro's circumference. But in the reverse shot that diagonal piece is suddenly much smaller and barely reaches half of Haro's height. (00:03:00)

Winds of War - S1-E8

Revealing mistake: When the widow is bandaging the fighter pilot, the part of bandage she is wrapping appears and disappears during the animation - when her hand movies, instead of adding new layers of bandage, the army causes the green sleeve of the space suit to flash back in view. (00:20:10)

Fly! Gundam - S1-E9

Other mistake: When Fraw Bow makes her way to Amuro's room, she starts going up a metal staircase with rather steep steps. Haro behind her hops on steps that appear wider and lack the side railing...but the best comes later, since when we see Fraw Bow reach the top she's climbing a vertical ladder. (00:02:55)

Fly! Gundam - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: Bright takes the decoded message from Sayla's hand and hands it over with his right hand. When Lt. Reed is in view, we see Bright used his left arm instead. (00:04:50)

Fly! Gundam - S1-E9

Continuity mistake: Amuro sees the elder pick up something from the tray of the kid next to him. When the elder leaves, the piece of food he stole earlier is still there on the kid's tray. (00:06:40)
