Once their target escapes they start giving chase and their weapons disappear from their hands and as they're running no holster are visible with sidearms. Then once they reach the inside of a building they all have pistols in hand. Even if the sidearms were "hollywood tucked" into their pants they would've fallen out during their chase of the target.
