Factual error: Dr. Choi is seeing a patient. The patient is wearing a nasal cannula. Dr. Choi asks that the oxygen be upped and an oxygen mask be used. The nurse takes a mask and puts it on the patient. Right over the cannula.

Factual error: After an operating room nurse is unable to insert an intravenous catheter into a patient's arm during a surgery, Sharon Goodwin standing behind her volunteers to try. She inserts it flawlessly and states that she has placed "a 16 gauge in the AC." The catheter that she was holding has a green base, which is an 18 gauge. 16 gauge needles have a gray base. Factual error: Will Halstead arrives at Seattle Tacoma Airport, and when he steps outside of the terminal, the Space Needle is in the background. Unfortunately, the Space Needle can't be seen from outside of the terminal, since the airport is not in Seattle. (00:58:39)
