Factual error: As Gently drives to the holiday camp at speed, he nearly collides with an MG 1100. Although the MG 1100 was introduced in 1962, this particular one is a two-door model, which wasn't added to the range until 1967, three years after this episode is set.

Factual error: As Bentley is shown round the control room of the plant there are modern LED light panels and modern health and safety stop buttons which would not have existed in the 1960s.
