Correction: Just because it's orange doesn't mean for sure that it's decaf. The regular pot could have broken and they are using a spare orange one for now. Could also easily have been a simple mistake on the part of the diner, using the incorrect pot and not switching it out to avoid washing an extra dish.

But in season 1 episode 10, when Matt and Foggy's first meeting occurs Foggy is checking Fall 2010 courses (it is displayed on his laptop screen) and he also has a "Bolts Champs 2009" sticker on it. Correction: I believe this is just the reflection of the window. Modern glasses have an anti-reflective coating on the lenses that can sometimes cause certain reflections to appear green. I dated a girl who wore glasses, and I regularly noticed reflections in them that were green in colour.

Not to mention, why would they use a green screen if nothing is visible outside the window? For that matter, why would they illuminate a green screen if it wasn't visible in the shot?
