Star Wars Rebels

The Siege of Lothal - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: In this episode, the scars Ezra got in the previous episode from being grazed by the Grand Inquisitor's lightsaber have healed up, appearing only as lines. However, around the time that Kanan goes off to mug a stormtrooper for his armour, there is a shot in which Ezra's scars suddenly appear fresher, as they did when he originally got them.

Always Two There Are - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: On the mission to the abandoned medical station, Sabine wears forearm armour and an extra belt with two large pouches, as she usually does on missions. When she and Ezra are in the ducts, the second belt and forearm bracers disappear in a few shots.

The Honorable Ones - S2-E16

Continuity mistake: When Zeb first boards the escape pod, he reaches over the pilot's seat to press the launch button. Moments later, when he and Kallus are fighting in the pod, the seat has vanished.

Always Two There Are - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: During the first scene in the Ghost's common room, there is a shot where the wall to the right of the galley door is visible. The wall is blank. In the first season episode "Idiot's Array", it was shown that Sabine had decorated that section of wall with a starbird painting. When the section of wall is seen again in the season 3 episode "The Holocrons of Fate", the painting has returned.

The Honorable Ones - S2-E16

Continuity mistake: Agent Kallus breaks his right leg in the escape pod crash. However, on two occasions in the episode, he is shown favouring his left leg instead: when he's hobbling over to get his bo-rifle while Zeb is fighting the bonzami, and when he enters his quarters on the Star Destroyer at the end.

Twilight of the Apprentice - S2-E20

Continuity mistake: When Ezra and Maul exit the Sith temple at the end of part 1 and run into Kanan and Ahsoka fighting the Inquisitors, Maul is wearing a hood, pulled down. At the beginning of part 2, which begins immediately afterwards, the hood is gone, and remains gone for the rest of the episode. In addition, Ezra's lightsaber is deactivated, something that it doesn't make any sense for him to do.
