Continuity mistake: After rescuing a fruit seller from Imperial officers, Ezra steals several jogan fruits from the vendor as "payment" for his services, putting them in his backpack. When his bag is emptied later on in the episode, the fruit is nowhere to be seen, even though the events in-between did not show Ezra or any of the Ghost crew eating them, or any length of time where they could have been eaten.
Continuity mistake: When minor character Lieutenant Lyste first appears in the episode, when Ezra watches him get told off by Aresko and Grint for supposedly reporting a nonexistent emergency from a rooftop, if you look closely his hair is white. When he next appears, nearly getting run over by Ezra, Kanan and Zeb when the three are stealing Imperial speeder bikes, his hair is black, its normal colour in all of his subsequent appearances.
Continuity mistake: Kanan's blaster is missing from his holster in the scene on the airlock near the end, after the Wookiees have left. It's most noticeable when he's sighing.
Continuity mistake: When the Phantom is docked to the Ghost at the beginning of the episode, it is facing nose-in. When Ezra, Zeb and Chopper are repairing it, the shuttle is shown facing nose-out, with hyperspace visible out of the windshield. When Hera and Sabine take the shuttle on their supply run, the shuttle is back to being docked nose-in.
Continuity mistake: When Hera and Sabine are loading crates onto the Phantom, the number of crates on board the shuttle changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: When C-3PO says that he and R2 were in danger of being abducted by criminals, the Ghost's ramp and closed hatch is visible behind them, with no one there. Immediately afterwards, Kanan and Zeb are shown coming up the ramp, even though they should have been visible in the preceding shot.
Continuity mistake: During the firefight at the beginning, the Phantom is missing from the Ghost's shuttle dock in several shots, despite Zeb being shown manning the shuttle's weapons as the ship's rear gun during the fight.
Continuity mistake: When Agent Kallus orders the stormtroopers to follow him before boarding the freighter, he has his bo-rifle on his back. When he boards the freighter, he's carrying a standard-issue stormtrooper blaster.
Answer: Not every military vehicle looks or is built exactly the same, even if they perform similar functions. Different defense contractors would have their own particular designs. Newer vehicles often have improvements or additional capabilities added.
