Continuity mistake: When Peter chases after the Lizard, he climbs up to the roof through a broken fan. When he reaches it, there is a piece of shirt that has been torn off. Seconds later, when Peter picks up the piece of shirt after the Lizard escapes, it is smaller. (00:09:32)
