Continuity mistake: Just before the robbery, Jake throws some water bottles and a flashlight over a small mound into the bushes, to hide them from the thieves. But when Mimi later picks them up, they are much closer to the truck, and on the other side of the mound. In fact, the bottles and flashlight would have been in plain sight for the robbers where she picks them up.

Continuity mistake: The second time Stanley puts straw under Jake's head, the hood of Jake's sweatshirt gets pulled back, almost off his head. Cut to a close-up of Jake, and the hood is suddenly pulled all the way up, covering his forehead.

Black Jack - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When the truck smashes through the building to escape Black Jack Fairground, a big part of the roof falls down over the car that is following directly behind the truck. As the angle changes, there is suddenly no sign of the fallen roof, neither on the car, inside the building or on the ground next to it.

Continuity mistake: During the final battle between Kenjiro and Collins, Collins starts out wearing a black kimono with white trim, similar to the one Kenjiro is wearing. However, several times during the fight, he is seen wearing the simple blue kimono (without trim) he has used in his earlier fights. His outfit keeps changing back and forth during the entire fight, sometimes black and white, sometimes blue. The absence/presence of white trim makes this very easy to see.

Rogue River - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: When Gray and Jimmy are questioning the Hawkins family, Jimmy is wearing his brown uniform jacket. But in the scene where Gray is asking if Jimmy can search the house, Jimmy's jacket disappears for an instant, just after Gray has said "Just a question of being thorough". Allison Hawkins makes a remark about this being Kansas, not Soviet Russia, and as the camera comes back to Jimmy, his jacket is back on.

Continuity mistake: While Kenjiro and Collins are talking under the arena, a fight goes on between the blond Australian and a swordsman dressed as Conan, which the Australian wins, killing Conan. Later, while Collins is in the Fighter's Room, Conan can be seen in the background, and the Australian is missing the wounds he received during the earlier fight.

Continuity mistake: During Collins' first fight with Lars the Swede, Collins is pressed back against a wall while holding his sword with the edge upwards. Cut to a close-up, and he is now holding the sword edge-down, and turns it over again.

Continuity mistake: In 8th Stanza, part 2, Eddie, Roland and John are throwing a baseball between them while talking. At one point, Roland tosses it to John, before going to the fireplace and dropping his cigarette butt. John never throws the ball back, but Roland all of a sudden has it again and has been tossing it from hand to hand for some time. As every other pass of the ball is mentioned, there would be no need to omit it if John actually had returned the ball to Roland.

Continuity mistake: In the Seventh Stanza, part 2, Eddie and Roland are involved in a gunfight alongside two civilians, one (later identified as John Cullum) who is wearing a flannel shirt, and Chip, the store owner. But at one point, two men come around on Eddie's side of the store, also wearing flannel shirts, that are described as "unlike Chip's shirt, they seemed brand-new". Chip is not wearing the flannel, John is.

Continuity mistake: After the slave boy gets a cigarette from O'Neil, he reaches out to touch a gun, and O'Neil grabs it and scares the kid away. O'Neil is then holding the gun with the barrel pointing towards the door, but as the angle changes he is suddenly holding it at a different angle, pointing down to his right and away from the door. Continuity mistake: When Cliff and Peevey first test the rocket pack by strapping it to a statue, the statue skids across the ground and crashes into a small mound of dirt on the otherwise completely flat field. But when they run over to collect the pack, the mound is gone and the statue is lying in a crater, as if it had hit the ground from a much steeper angle.

Continuity mistake: After Jake has seen Hawkins through the scope, he lowers it down to his hip in the long shot. Cut to a close-up of Jake, and he is suddenly holding the scope much higher, at shoulder height, without any time to move it back up between shots.

One of Us - S3-E16

Continuity mistake: Episode 3-16, "One of Us". When Juliette and Ben are talking towards the end, Ben is first seen with his hands folded (fingers interlocking) in front of him. Just after Juliette says "I'll admit to it, tell her it was the only way to gain her trust", Ben's hands are in the same position, but are not folded, his right hand is just lying on top of his left. Cut to a close-up of Ben, and his hands are once again folded.

Continuity mistake: During the first fight scene, the cyborg hunter has dark markings around his eyes. As soon as the fight moves indoors, the markings disappear completely.

Continuity mistake: While the runaway and the Cyborg Master are fighting in the church, there are bloody cuts on the runaway's chest that keep appearing and disappearing between shots. In addition, he also suddenly gains a cut above his eye, that conveniently enough is already covered with a band-aid he didn't have there to begin with.

Continuity mistake: During the last fight between the hero and the Cyborg Master, the hero's shirt suddenly disappears.

Continuity mistake: When sister Ann and the runaway slave are in the train, her hair is in a ponytail with a few loose strands hanging out. She hands the slave a cookie, then leans back against the wall. Cut to a close-up of her face, and her hair looks very different, with lots more hair hanging loose down the sides of her face.

Continuity mistake: When the gang are running through the tunnels just before the bomb goes off, sister Ann and the runaway are the last people in the line, pushing the others before them. They are, however, the first ones to exit the tunnel.

Sisters And Brothers - S4-E24

Continuity mistake: In the opening segment, as Heidi hands Tim his hot-air gun, he takes it with both hands, then lets go with his left so he's only holding the gun in his right hand. The angle changes, and Tim is once again holding the gun with both hands, before he once again removes his left hand.

Tool Time After Dark (2) - S4-E23

Continuity mistake: When Tim goes outside to talk to Wilson, the distinct three-looped straw he used is still standing in his antacid bottle. When he comes back inside, the bottle is on the table where it was, but the straw has disappeared.
