The Fog (1980)

Corrected entry: When it shows the fog rolling over the hill, there is some fog on the right side coming out of thin air.

Correction: Where else is fog supposed to come from?

Brian C Friesner

Let's not forget the several scenes we had witnessed before and after of fog appearing out of nowhere, cutting off the main characters' escape, resulting in them being directed to the church. Fog appears 'out of nowhere' because that's how fog works.

Flightplan (2005)

Corrected entry: Near the conclusion of the movie, Kyle runs into the cockpit of the airliner with the air marshal Carson in hot pursuit with a small backup handgun that was hidden in his pant leg. Kyle slams the cockpit door, Carson fires his gun at it, and the shots bounce off harmlessly. Wouldn't an air marshal know that airliner cockpits have bulletproof doors? Firing a small-caliber handgun at an armored door at close range would be pointless and could cause the bullets to ricochet back and hit him. Besides, Carson probably is not carrying extra ammunition for his handgun. Why waste the shots when he will surely be able to find Kyle again and have another chance to kill her?

Correction: This is a character mistake, not a movie mistake.

Runaway Car (1997)

Corrected entry: The woman driving the car could have easily pulled off the motorway and just drove around in the field, waiting for the petrol to run out.

Correction: This is a character mistake, not a movie mistake.

633 Squadron (1964)

Corrected entry: As the Squadron is getting ready for their mission, the hero gets in a jeep to drive to his plane. He actually travels about 10 yards and stops at his plane. Couldn't he have walked and saved the fuel? There is a war on after all.

Correction: This is a character mistake, not a movie mistake.

Collateral (2004)

Corrected entry: When dispatch calls Max he says, "Shit," with a physical reaction. The following shot shows him with the same reaction and mouthing the word "shit," but with no sound this time. (00:29:30)

The-Immortal

Correction: That's not a mistake. People sometimes mouth a word without saying it out loud.

Speed (1994)

Corrected entry: After Jack comes out of the coffee shop he takes his keys out but doesn't actually unlock his truck before the first bus explodes. Later, after the phone conversation with Payne, he runs to his truck and climbs straight in it. Its door would surely still be locked.

Correction: How do you know the truck was locked in the first place?
