Revealing mistake: At the start of dinner, in the wide shots we can see the table and chairs directly on the carpet. When Carol notices the leaky vase and calls for Alice, in the wide shot as Alice approaches the table, now there's plastic sheeting spread across the carpet under the table, as well some visible tubing under the table, presumably for the water stunt. Continuity mistake: When Mike walks into the kitchen asking Alice if he can give her a hand, Alice removes two pots from the stovetop leaving the left side clear, but in the shots from the dining room when Alice trips, there are two large pots on the left side of the stovetop, near the edge of the counter. Visible crew/equipment: When Mike returns home with the grocery bags, as he sets them on the table Alice walks over, and the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the swing door behind Mike, at the top left side of the screen. (00:11:05)

Visible crew/equipment: While Mike is fiddling with his golf bag the morning after Tiger disappeared, just as Mike tells Bobby there's nothing to worry about because his siblings are checking the neighborhood, the moving shadow of the boom mic is visible in the top right corner of the screen. Visible crew/equipment: When Mike and Bobby drive up in the station wagon, just as Mike stops the car, on the left side of the screen we can see the edge of the house set. Audio problem: When Marcia comes downstairs before the dance Alan shows her his new braces, and as they both head toward the door we hear the clear sound of shoes walking on a wood floor, even though they're walking on carpet. (00:23:50)

Visible crew/equipment: While "operation Alice" is underway, after Carol tells Alice to stop organizing the canned goods, when Alice places the step stool chair against the wall the black tape mark is visible on the floor where Carol had been standing, and then it's gone as the scene continues. Visible crew/equipment: When Carol questions Greg, Jan, and Peter about the argument she heard, Greg tells her it was on TV, and as the three kids sit down the actor's two tapes marks are visible on the floor in front of Peter's feet. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: When Mike rides up on stage he points to the damsel in distress with his right arm extended, but in the closeup it's his left arm extended.

Revealing mistake: When Cindy and her parents get home after the television show, just as Carol and Mike walk down the steps the set's unfinished wood can be seen at the edge of the steps, at the bottom right corner of the screen. (00:22:40)

You Can't Win 'Em All - S4-E22
Continuity mistake: At the start, when Cindy walks into the kitchen she sets her books down on the counter with the book's binding facing the sink, but in the closeup the book's binding now faces the opposite way, toward the stove. Additionally, the grocery bag which was on the counter right beside Carol, has been moved for the closeup so Carol is in full view, but the bag is now at the very edge of the counter near the stove, which is pretty odd since there's not enough counter there to actually hold the full grocery bag (presumably something else supported the bag off camera). Deliberate mistake: While Bobby's parakeet is flying around downstairs, before the bird settles down on the TV set there are two closeups of Bobby which are flipped shots, note the furniture and Bobby's PJs. (00:07:00)

Deliberate mistake: When Bobby's at the treehouse the second time for his initiation into the club, there's a boy already up in the treehouse, and after Peter takes the birdcage from Bobby's hand, the next closeup of the boy in the treehouse is a flipped shot, note the wood boards. (00:08:25)

Continuity mistake: When Marcia takes her last turn placing a card at the top of the tall house of cards, in the shots facing her she's stressed about accidentally collapsing the cards so she holds back her charm bracelet with her left hand, but in the first shot facing the three boys Marcia's left arm is down at her side and the charm bracelet is dangling at her wrist, right beside the cards. (00:21:00)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, in the exterior shot when Jan and Peter rush through the patio door Jan doesn't have a ribbon in her hair, but in the interior shot suddenly there's a long red yarn ribbon in Jan's hair.
