Revealing mistake: After Freya and Matt escape from Contini's chateau and are flying in Matt's chopper, we can see the shadow of their chopper being cast on the ground below, but the problem is that Matt's chopper looks nothing like that helicopter's shadow.

Revealing mistake: After Rygel realizes that he can loosen the soil with the dumped gruel, it cuts to John and Aeryn as they approach the Tavlek camp, and when Aeryn tells John, "I am going to take out every last Tavlek. No survivors. No mercy. Now give me the oculars," John holds up the syringe (with Zhaan's sleep mist) that Aeryn had given him earlier, and we can see "DG-4" engraved on the side of the gun, revealing that the prop dept used the model DG-4 aluminum air blow dust gun to play the part of the syringe.

Revealing mistake: When the elderly woman fires the submachine gun at Wonder Woman, the sparks created by her bracelets are bigger and brighter than usual, and we can see the wires under both of her arms to help create those special effects. We can even see the wires' shadows on the wall behind her.

That light would not turn on if someone up on the 6th floor pressed for the elevator.

Revealing mistake: While 51's on scene at the traffic accident involving a car that broadsided an ambulance, when Chet opens the back door of the overturned ambulance the license plate reads "99923U" but the "U" is lopsided and pushed to the edge of the plate, which makes it obvious that it's a magnetized letter. It's positioned properly in following shots.
