Continuity mistake: When Hal is in the hospital and is trying to get up and leave, he has three straps holding him down. We see him unbuckling the top two, but he leaves the bottom one. In the next shot, the strap is unbuckled.

Continuity mistake: When they are bowling, Malcolm decides to walk up the alley to make a strike. The shot behind him shows him walking into the lane. When the shot switches to the front, he's walking over the line again.

Continuity mistake: When Sara first goes into the attic, she starts to draw a circle around her with a piece of chalk. When she starts the circle, she starts drawing next to the candle. When she completes the circle, the candle is now inside the circle. If you look at the lines on the floor when she finishes, you can see that she did not go around the candle.

Continuity mistake: When Snape is insulting Hermione on being a know-it-all while he is substituting for Lupin, he has a slide show running. The shot shows Hermione with the projector behind her. The projector now changes slides fully and stops moving. When the shot changed back to Snape, the slide is still changing. It could not be the next slide because the slide changes every few seconds. Continuity mistake: When Ronica first goes into the glass dome to tell Cody and Natalie that they need to go, Natalie grabs her jacket. Then a minute or so later, when they are standing with the head of E.R.I.S., she still doesn't have it on. Then the shot goes back to Cody and then back to Natalie being shoved into a chair. There she has the jacket on. There's no possible way she could have got it on because she was being held by E.R.I.S. workers.

Continuity mistake: When Ronica first finds Cody after he leaves to search for Natalie, the straps on the flying thing have shoulder straps. Later in the movie, they don't.

Continuity mistake: When it shows Harry writing in the diary, he writes "My name is Harry Potter." When he does this he says what he is writing. It shows what he is writing until he gets to the letters "Po..." Then the shot cuts out to Harry still continuing his sentence. But he only write about 1 or 2 more letters. Continuity mistake: When Helmet is trying to hit Lone Starr with his Schwartz but Lone Starr is holding his head, you can easily tell that Helmet's Schwartz is made shorter so it won't hit Lone Starr.

Continuity mistake: When the Tarantula is put on Hal at the zoo, the shot is only of a yellow shirt with the tarantula crawling on it. When the shot changes to where they show the whole Hal, you can easily tell that the tarantula is fake - it is larger than it was and is in a different spot on Hal's shirt.
