Corrected entry: Where's the puppy that the boys get at the end of this episode throughout the rest of the series?
Correction: In episode 1x23, Beaver and Poncho, when Beaver brings home a lost little Chihuahua, he shows his parents and asks to keep him. Then Ward tells him, "You and Wally had a dog once, remember? You didn't take care of him. We had to give him away." This explains what happened to the dog from season 1, Captain Jack episode.

Corrected entry: The family assumes Fox Viewing positions suggesting they are using an antenna to get reception. A few episodes earlier, Al changed their cable television channels to all men channels. You don't need antennae if you have cable.
Correction: Cable and antenna isn't an either/or situation. You can have cable but still use an antenna to get a local channel if your cable provider doesn't offer that station.
Correction: When Opie enters the kitchen in the interior shot, Opie's belt holster and toy gun are not gone, they're still on him at his right side. Note that this interior shot continues uninterrupted, as Opie sits down and puts his hat on the back of his chair, then as Barney walks in and takes a seat at the table. Please rewatch (00:00:45).
