Question: Is it really possible to fall asleep while walking? Sure, one can stand up and walk around while sleeping (sleepwalking), but does it work the other way around too?

The Naked Gun (1988)
Question: Is there a name for the little dance move that Frank performs after calling the second strike, where he shuffles to his right while waving his hand?
Answer: Isn't that the classic "jazz hands" move?
Answer: No, that is not an official dance move; he was just using the gesture to enhance his strike call for the crowd.
Answer: It looks like the dance moves are based on Michael Jackson's "Moonwalk" routine.
That move itself is part of Michael Jackson's moonwalk routine? I just want to be sure we're on the same page because the moonwalk itself is the dance move that Frank performs after calling the third strike.

Batman: Arkham Knight
Question: How can the stout Prof Pyg place all those bodies without being noticed, and why does he do this? Why not just throw them into the nearby ocean?
Answer: He might have used his disguised dollotrons to place the bodies or simply disguised himself when sneaking out. As Gotham is in a criminal turmoil and most of the streets are dark and empty, it wouldn't be that hard to move around in the shady alleys unnoticed. And why did he do this? Simply because he's insane. An obsessed, maniac psycho-and sociopath, also schizophrenic beyond saving. Placing the bodies on display like that is part of his "artwork," presumably showing the world how imperfect those ones were in his eyes.

Need for Speed (2014)
Question: Near the end a cop rigs his car up ahead of the racers with a baton holding down the accelerator. As the racers came by he put his car into drive, launching it into them. It's this an actual legit police technique? Wouldn't it be just as effective, if not more, had he simply parked it across the road? (Small road with trees on both side).
Answer: I agree with Ssiscool though I am not a cop either. This method is way too drastic and risky, I doubt that any police would use such uncontrollable and destructive force to simply stop a suspect while they could just install spike strips or - as suggested by the aforementioned - place a proper road block, giving a chance to the offenders to stop in time and surrender.

The Matrix (1999)
Question: During the visit to the Oracle, she says "It looks like you're waiting for something" ... "Your next life, maybe". It is pointed out that if you die in the Matrix, your real body dies also, and that the machines "liquify the dead to feed the living". How does reincarnation become possible with these facts?
Answer: The Oracle knows that Neo has the potential to become the One, but has not yet fulfilled that potential. Whatever makes the rebirth of the One possible is not linked to the One's physical form, because there is no physical remnant of the original or other Ones, yet Neo is still born. Disconnect yourself from this idea that the physical body of an individual is key to its mind's reincarnation.
Answer: Maybe she was foreshadowing that Neo is actually going to be killed by Smith, then brought back to - his next - life by Trinity. When Smith unloads his gun into Neo, his heart stops for a while, which can be taken as he is dead. Then he immediately wakes up in his "next life" from Trinity's love. Note that as Neo gets up from the floor, his "chosen one" powers also fire up. Perhaps this resurrection (next life) was the thing he was supposedly "waiting for."
Answer: Yes, it's possible. People with a neurological disorder called narcolepsy can fall asleep while standing or walking. Some can even engage in complex activities like driving a car.

But what if you aren't narcoleptic? Can a normal person fall asleep while walking just because of general fatigue?
Dangar
Yes, it is possible for a person to fall into a state of semi-sleep or "doze" while walking without having narcolepsy, especially under extreme conditions like those shown. When the brain is severely deprived of sleep, it can involuntarily enter microsleeps. These are brief, uncontrolled episodes of sleep lasting from a fraction of a second up to about 30 seconds.
No, there would have to be some underlying neurological issue that caused it. Normal people cannot fall asleep for an extended time period while walking and remain upright and mobile. Microsleep only lasts a few seconds, but a person has to have been extremely sleep deprived for many hours and they cannot function normally during an episode like with narcolepsy or sleepwalking.
