Corrected entry: There is no mention of General Patton in the film, the reason is that Director Zanuck knew the real Patton in WW2 and hated him.

Corrected entry: When the killer stabs a newspaper picture of Harry, the rubber knife blade bends.
Correction: It's not a rubber knife. It's a boning knife, which is designed to be flexible. When the killer is slicing the newspaper with the knife, he puts so much pressure on the knife that the blade bends as it should (although most rubber knives aren't sharp enough to slice up newspaper as he does).

Corrected entry: Before doing this film, Dennis Hopper had never ridden a motorcycle in his life.
Correction: Dennis Hopper rides a motorcycle in The Glory Stompers, released in 1967.
