Corrected entry: When the ship is about to leave for New York, Gottlieb comments that Riccardo, who is on the deck, "has no reputation," so can't sing in America. Later, when Gottlieb desperately needs him, Riccardo shoots back "But I have no reputation, Mr. Gottlieb." He couldn't have overheard the comment, so how can he know to antagonize him with this line?

Correction: Gottlieb makes his comment to Ricardo's girlfriend. She had probably told Ricardo about it by the time Gottlieb pleads for him to sing.

Fargo (1996)

Corrected entry: I live in Fargo. There is so much wrong with this movie. First nobody here talks with that accent. We speak perfectly normally. I don't know one person that says "ya sure ya betcha" or anything remotely close to that. Second, the biggest of all, a huge majority of the movie was not even filmed in Fargo. It was mostly filmed on a rural stretch of interstate between Fargo and Minneapolis, and in a small little city off the interstate that barely looks like anyone lives there. Fargo is a large city, nearly 100,000 people. The movie is not true, but some like to think it is. And please quit thinking Fargo is in Minnesota. It is in North Dakota, a state on it's own, not Minnesota.

Correction: The film is called "Fargo". Apart from the first scene, it takes place elsewhere, which is made quite clear. Why did the Coens call it "Fargo", then? Probably because it sounds better than "Brainerd"...

Corrected entry: When Will is waiting for the governor, he broke one arm of the candelabrum leaving only three candles. Later when Will gives the sword to the governor, the candelabrum has four candles again.

Correction: Actually, the candelabrum had FIVE candles to start with, one of them is slightly obscured by another.

Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Corrected entry: In the windmill scene, the lantern was dropped in an abandoned windmill. What could've caused the whole windmill to explode? Don't tell me that the sacks they moved are full of gunpowder.

Correction: Actually, flour can, and often does, explode. As recently as 1979 a huge industrial mill in Germany blew up due to a dust explosion.

Corrected entry: When Harry Potter is writing in Tom Riddle's journal, Tom replies "No, but I will show you." The pages start to flip and stop on a blank page. A date then appears in the top right hand corner of the right hand side page as June 13th. Wouldn't all of the students have been at home that day 50 years ago? Isn't June 13th considered summer holiday? (01:29:17)

Correction: No. Hogwarts is in Great Britain, where the Summer Holidays are roughly from mid-July to mid-September.

Corrected entry: When Bobby's mother comes home, after being raped by her drunken boss, why does she threaten to call the police on Ted and not her boss? Why didn't she at least try to turn him in? (01:14:00)

Correction: This is 1960. She had no witness, and went willingly on a trip with her boss. Chances are, the police - wink, wink, nudge, nudge - would say she asked for it. Or put it down as spite for being fired.
