Corrected entry: Jimmy mentions a teenager getting a discount at the Stop and Shop, but Stop and Shop is a grocery store chain that only exists in the Northeastern US. Jimmy has only ever lived in Illinois and New Mexico, so he is unlikely to know the chain exists, let alone use it in a passing example like this. Plus, this conversation is taking place with someone who also lives in Albuquerque, so his mentioning this makes no sense. (00:11:10)

Correction: I just pulled up this episode on Hulu, and while you can hear a voice going on, I don't see how its inclusion is accidental. They are at a book signing with numerous people, so there is bound to be people talking in the background. Kramer has also invaded the signing, so it could very well be him chatting with people at the event or arguing with Peterman.

Corrected entry: The captain refers to the DA as a "guy" just after the New York policeman calls her "she", indicating she is female. (00:09:45)
Correction: He may have meant the man that the DA was going to help them meet with, rather than the DA herself. What the captain said was ambiguous.
It wasn't really ambiguous. But you're right, the Captain was referring to Warrick Tennyson. That was the whole purpose of the trip, to talk to him ("this guy"). The DA's office was the one that set up the meeting, so someone from the DA's office was going to meet Monk et al, but that's not who they were going to talk to.

Corrected entry: Meredith claims she is sleeping with the supplier of Hammermill products for the branch to get discounts and has been for six years. But Michael only got his branch to be able to sell their products in episode 3-2 "The Convention", two years earlier, so this is impossible.
Correction: She doesn't mention having slept with him specifically for the discounts, she also mentions that she gets Outback Steakhouse gift certificates. The only logical conclusion is that she had been sleeping with the rep primarily for the coupons, and then added on the discounts to the supplies when he just happened to become their supplier.
Correction: It's also possible that the rep she was sleeping with was not with Hammermill for the entire six years they were sleeping together. He could have easily been with another product line during those six years.

Corrected entry: It shows the guy drilling a hole in someone's head alive on the video of his kill, but when they described his killings earlier in the season they said the drills were postmortem. (00:27:00)
Correction: Different kills. Earlier postmortem was the first brain surgeon kill. The subsequent video of the live video of the brain surgeon is the killing of Zach Hamilton.

Correction: That is because they are constantly being filmed for a documentary. They do not try to hide the fact that there is a crew just outside the frame.

Correction: While Stop and Shop is a Northeastern grocery chain, "Stop-N-Shop" (or other variations of the spelling) is a ubiquitous name for some stores, especially for convenience stores. There's one that closed down near me, and there's some in NM and IL. It should also be noted Jimmy says "five-finger discount", meaning stealing. So it's clear to Caldera what Jimmy is trying to say.
