Monk (2002)

Mr. Monk and the Bad Girlfriend - S6-E4

Corrected entry: When Mr. Monk is doing his summation, he mentions the moving truck being towed. However, he would have no way of knowing about this because he wasn't there when it happened, and he couldn't have heard about it from Stottlemeyer because he wouldn't talk to him about the murder.

Correction: The moving truck was impounded outside the police station. Additionally, Monk found a rental form for a moving truck in Linda's house. He probably saw the impounded moving truck, then saw the rental form. After leaving the house, he and Natalie likely went over the records to determine where the impounded moving truck had come from, and that's how they learned it was towed from in front of Linda's house.

Corrected entry: Throughout the film Inspector Walter Cobb is as you would expect referred to as Walter. But in the end credits he is listed as Arthur Cobb.

Correction: His full name is "Arthur Walter Cobb." People refer to Cobb alternately by "Arthur" and by "Walter", depending on which form they are more comfortable with.

Hoodwinked (2005)

Corrected entry: In Red's version of the story The Wolf is seen drifting away in the river from Red's RIGHT to LEFT, yet when The Wolf tells his version, he is seen drifting from Red's LEFT to RIGHT. (00:13:15 - 00:27:25)

Correction: Like has been mentioned in other entries, continuity errors between the characters' stories does not necessarily indicate a goof. That the Wolf drifts from right to left in Red's story and the opposite in his story illustrates their different memories as to how the encounter happened, as evidenced earlier, with Red's pepper-spraying the Wolf scene (where Red's story omits the part where she beats the Wolf up).

Magnum Force (1973)

Corrected entry: During the final car chase, there are multiple sets of skid marks on the winding road from previous takes.

Correction: This type of "mistake" has been posted and corrected for numerous different movies. This is San Francisco, where tire tracks on the street are not entirely unusual. It isn't all that unusual to see tire tracks on the switchback part of Vermont Street, on which part of the car chase happens.

Corrected entry: At the beginning of the movie when Lucius is talking about being the laughing stock of Nascar, they refer to Jack McBrayer as 'Lance' when he tries to look on the positive side. However later in the movie he is called (and credited) as 'Glenn'.

Correction: Actually, Lucius does say "Glenn, shut up," so he is talking to the right person.
