Hitch (2005)

Audio problem: After the article about Hitch is printed, we see him leave is apartment block and get approached by a former client and his now partner. After Hitch says, "See ya later, Tony", we hear Tony's Partner say, "Look Tony," however, her lips do not move.

Continuity mistake: When Bourne makes the call to Pamela Landy from the rooftop, we hear him talking about Nicky. When the camera switches to her, we see she is across the room, away from Pamela. In the next shot, with the view from outside the window, she is standing right next to Pamela, and then moves back again in the next shot.

Audio problem: As Greg and Pam are about to get married we see Kevin playing the panpipes. The sounds are not in sync with his mouth as he blows down each pipe.

The Rock (1996)

Continuity mistake: As the Seal team are about to enter the shower room we see them using fibre-optics to scan the area prior to entry. As they move the fibre-optic round towards the sensor we see that the camera is level with the sensor. The view from the fibre-optic suggests they are above the sensor. The angle in which they where facing the sensor also changes.

Continuity mistake: When Pete is in the Men's room and Tad walks in to the toilet, we hear Tad lock the door, but Pete manages to open it even so.

Continuity mistake: As the seal team are about to enter the shower room, we see them cutting the sensor beam using two mirrors. In the next shot we see the seal removing both of the mirrors from the drain ready for incursion. In the shot in which they pull back the drain, one of the mirrors is still there.

The Rock (1996)

Continuity mistake: As Mason escapes from the hotel, we see him running down the escalators to the kitchen. On his way down, he pushed over two waiters who fall, the waiter on our left falls onto his back on the close up shot, but as the shot changes to the wide shot we see him falling again onto his front.

Continuity mistake: Just after Knoll has been beaten up we see Elwood sitting next to him. As Elwood switches on the light, we see that the left side of Knoll's face is covered in blood. After Elwood applies the bandage, the blood on his face has changed with much less blood on the left side. The blood was never wiped off.

Bio-Dome (1996)

Continuity mistake: As the professor is showing Bud and Doyle around the Bio-Dome he takes them onto a raised platform. From the wide shot we see that his scarf is not on properly and is draped over one shoulder and hanging down his back. In the close up shot as he turns round, it is back on properly.

National Treasure (2004)

Factual error: Ben uses SuperGlue to show up the fingerprints on the glass that Abigail was holding. Once the fumes develop the prints they appear as being black, but this is incorrect. SuperGlue would actually make them white.

Continuity mistake: In the scene in which the mobsters come to take Tom back to Philadelphia we see Tom snap the bad guys arm and then repeatedly punch him in the nose. Just after the last punch we see that they bad guys nose is still intact, but bloody. In the next shot of the bad guy we see that his nose is now mauled and covered in blood. (00:53:15)

Continuity mistake: Just after Tom has finished making love to his wife on the stairs we see him lying there with his left arm across his groin area. When the shot changes, his arm has moved up crossing his chest. (01:06:55)

Continuity mistake: At the start as Ethan is handcuffed to the chair, the drop of blood underneath his nose constantly changes in size depending on the camera angle. This is also true when we cut back to that scene later in the film. (00:00:45)

Continuity mistake: When Kong is at the top of the Empire State building we see Ann start to climb the ladder and she is only a few rungs up when the camera view changes. When it cuts back to her, she is still climbing those first few rungs.

Continuity mistake: When Fitch enters the courtroom for the verdict, we see him button up his collar just as he enters. However, after the decision has been made, he stands, and we see that his collar is now unbuttoned.

Continuity mistake: During Aragorn's speech to his army at the black gates, the direction the flags on the spears blow constantly changes. When we see him from behind facing them, they blow to his right, and when we see him in the POV from within the crowd, they are blowing to his left.

Continuity mistake: When Michelle takes the screen prints of Kate throwing the dodgeball at his cutout, the screen capture on the monitor differs from what he shows to Goodman at his office. The shot is flipped over and from a different angle. (00:40:05 - 00:41:20)

Continuity mistake: When Clouseau first meets Chief Inspector Dreyfus we see him flip his badge which flies out and sticks into Dreyfus' chest lying flat against it. As Clouseau is retrieving the badge, it is no longer lying flat, but is on an angle.

Continuity mistake: When we see the dead body of the footballer for the first time, we see that his right hand is on what appears to be some sort of white stand. Later when Clouseau is viewing the body the stand is now in front of the body and a few feet away.

Continuity mistake: When the footballer is killed we see the girl enter the room, and the shot cuts the the dead body. The body is seen lying face down with his hands out to his sides. Later when Clouseau sees the body, the head is now to one side.
