Other mistake: When the text depicting the episode name appears on screen after the opening credits, it says "The Phoenix Saga Part 2, The Cry of the Banshee." It should read "The Phoenix Saga Part 3, The Cry of the Banshee." Note: this mistake may only apply to the DVD version of the episode. Continuity mistake: In the first establishing shot of the Assassins Guild's mansion, there is a stairway leading up to the front door. In the establishing shot of the mansion in the scene where Gambit is in Bella Donna's bedroom, the stairway is missing, and consequently the mansion's porch area isn't as high off the ground. Continuity mistake: Shortly after Wolverine, Rogue and Jean Grey enter the Thieves Guild's mansion, they fall down a trap door. However, the trap door is not there when they first enter the mansion, instead only appearing in the shot where they step on it.

Continuity mistake: When Red Skull is leaving Wolverine and Captain America alone, he sets Captain America's shield on a table and Wolverine is shown to be hanging from stocks by his wrists with Captain America on his left and the table on his right at roughly a 45 degree angle. In a wide shot after Red Skull has left the room, the shield has vanished from the table and Wolverine is now several feet from where he originally was, with Captain America roughly at his 12 o'clock and the table roughly at his 3 o'clock.
