Continuity mistake: When Cyclops and Jean are first shown shackled to platforms inside Mr. Sinister's lair, there is about 6 feet between them. When the shot changes, they are only inches from each other, and Mr. Sinister has suddenly appeared on the platform. (00:11:42)

Continuity mistake: When Storm is talking to and walking towards Jubilee in the War Room, the TV that everyone was watching is suddenly off, and seems to have disappeared altogether, as no screen is visible. When the shot changes, the TV is back on, and the screen appears to be shorter and wider than first shown. When Xavier is leaving the room, the TV is off again, and the screen like before seems to have vanished. (00:09:16 - 00:10:02)

Continuity mistake: When the Friends of Humanity are attacking the mutant, the amount of spacing between the letters on the sign that says "Burgers" decreases when the shot changes. There is also a man painting a red "M" on the door below the sign with his left hand while holding a paint bucket in his right hand, and he only paints half the letter before the shot changes. When the shot does change, the "M" is fully formed, and the brush and bucket have swapped hands. (00:08:28)

Continuity mistake: During the fight in the streets against the Friends of Humanity, the pink stripes on Gambit's pants are missing until the last shot of the scene when he, Beast and Wolverine are fleeing, and even then, they disappear and reappear as he is running. (00:11:20 - 00:12:48)

Continuity mistake: When Gambit is asking Xavier why the X-Men must all die to save Senator Kelly, the top of Wolverine's mask is incorrectly colored blue. A few shots later, this portion of the mask is correctly colored yellow, but then the portion of his mask by his right cheek is also yellow, when it should be black. (00:09:48)

Continuity mistake: After Blob knocks Cyclops to the ground, Jean helps him up, and the two of them are standing a step away from Blob. The shot changes to Blob pointing and laughing for roughly a second, and when the shot changes again, Cyclops and Jean have disappeared, with not enough time to have moved offscreen. (00:12:20)
