Deconstructing Carrie - S7-E15
Continuity mistake: In the kitchen when Arthur says he was a terrible father and gets up, Holly looks over at him with her hand on the edge of the table. She says, "Oh no", but then she's smiling. When the shot changes angle, her arms are crossed. Then Holly says, "Better than my dad, who was too busy chasing the almighty bottle of glue", her hand is instantly on the box of photos again. Continuity mistake: Carrie enters and says "Bad news", to which Doug replies, "Ya, if it's about being out of mini donuts, I'm aware and I'm not happy". However, in S7 E7 "Offtrack...Bedding" at the start of the episode Doug says he doesn't like mini donuts. (00:00:30)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of this episode, after Trish Flintoff leaves, Doug is telling Carrie and Holly that she's a nice person. Doug is looking at Carrie, then the shot changes and he is immediately looking down and reaching towards his back pocket. It also looks like he's trying not to laugh. (00:19:35)

Continuity mistake: Deacon says "How do we know cutie-pie isn't cutie-guy?" then crosses his arms. In the next shot his arms are immediately uncrossed and on his hips when Doug replies. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: The Heffernans' house is one of a row of identical brick houses. However from inside the Heffernans' living room, you can see out the side windows that the neighbour's house is beige with horizontal paneling.

Continuity mistake: From outside shots of Coopers, there are no garbage bins or newspaper boxes in front of the pub. From inside shots, several bins can be seen just outside the glass doors.

Continuity mistake: When Doug and Carrie are arguing outside the neighbour's house, Doug takes a big swig from the Scotch bottle and then puts it on the ground. After the police pull up, the shot cuts back to Doug and Carrie. Doug picks up the bottle from the neighbour's porch railing. (00:42:45)
