The Punisher (2004)

Corrected entry: Right after the pier explodes and Frank is blown off of the dock into the water, Saint's men speed away down the pier in the red truck, all of the writing on the buildings is backwards. (00:31:50)

Correction: No its not, in the previous scene where Saint's men crash the 4x4, they crash into the hut called Scuba, the shot you see when there driving away is from behind the truck with the scuba hut still on the left but right from the shot from the front of the truck.

Ronin (1998)

Corrected entry: When Gregor escapes from Sam in the coliseum he jumps over a rail just as Sam fires a shot at him. The bullet misses, but there is no impact on the huge wall directly behind Gregor.

Correction: The camera shot/angle is too far away to determine that.

Ronin (1998)

Corrected entry: When the chase between the 5 Series BMW and the Peugeot 406 starts, they both whip around a roundabout. In the background is a gun metal grey Rover 800 Hatchback. Couple of shots later as the two cars are absolutely speeding along the river, the same Rover 800 is now ahead of them in the traffic.

Correction: There is more than one Rover 800 that was made, your just looking at another Rover 800 not the same one from a previous scene.

The-Immortal

Corrected entry: In the vet clinic, Katherine says the time is 5 a.m. In the chase scene that follows, the shadows of the cars and buildings are way too small to be dawn. The scene was filmed around noon.

Correction: If you say the scene was filmed around noon, can you explain the rising sun ?

Vertical Limit (2000)

Corrected entry: Through the entire movie all the old man wears is the head band and usually it didn't even cover his ears. He must have been a tough guy. And what was with the little scarves that Chris O'Donnell and his sister wear around their necks? What was the purpose of those things? I thought to cover their faces in extreme weather, but they had ski masks for that.

Correction: Wick has a lot of experience, he goes up the mountain all the time to look for his wife so it's apparent that he knows the conditions and what to wear. Also, the scarves are used to keep their neck's warm.

Ronin (1998)

Corrected entry: In the coliseum Sam is wounded by a Teflon bullet that pierces his armoured vest. A Teflon bullet is pointed to aid penetration and only has a thin coating of Teflon on it. Ricocheting off the wall would disrupt both of these penetration aids and make it most unlikely that the bullet would penetrate the vest.

Correction: The Teflon bullet penetrated the vulnerable side of the vest, not the front.

Vertical Limit (2000)

Corrected entry: I'm no explosives expert, but when Chris O'Donnell fills the hole with nitro, he does it in the most dangerous way possible, pouring a stream of it into the centre of the pool from a distance of 1-2 feet up. You should bring the can as close to the target as possible, maybe pouring it down the side of the sloped hole to minimise splashing and agitating the liquid. Or at least tell your girlfriend to not stand right beside you when you do it...

Correction: Well he's no explosives expert either. For a start he is in such a rush to get to his dying sister maybe he just doesn't think straight and pours it the way he thinks is safe enough.

Vertical Limit (2000)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Bill Paxton and the female climber are raising the bag of blood to act as a signal/marker to the rescuers, you can see that the plastic baggie is about half full (and even starts to leak before they get to the top). However, when the bag is shot through the snow and busts, the resulting blood splash makes it seem as though they slaughtered a pig down there and used a couple of gallons of blood instead of a half-filled baggie.

Correction: They attached a signal flare or whatever it was to the blood pack to amplify the blood splash so they would be easier to find. Also, they didn't lose that much blood from the small tear in the bag.

Vertical Limit (2000)

Corrected entry: Monique loses her pack as she's trying to rescue Cyril. Yet she doesn't seem to have ANY problems with her equipment, for she later has got a tent, a sleeping bag, etc. I don't think that the other ones had an extra tent to spare, because their packs were already heavy enough.

Correction: She simply shared a tent with one of the other climbers, and why wouldn't the other climbers bring spare gear, it's smart to have extras when your preparing to climb a mountain.

Blade: Trinity (2004)

Corrected entry: Blade's 1968 Dodge Charger should have been damaged to some extent when it runs over the motorcycle.

Correction: It is shown throughout all Blade movies that the Dodge Charger went through highly significant modifications to its performance etc, so you could assume that the bottom of the car or all of the car went through enough change to not be damaged by a motorbike, or have very little damage to it.

The-Immortal

Corrected entry: Bruce Willis discovers his wife is cheating on him with his best friend. He notices the toilet seat is up and that her hair isn't wet and says "sometimes you forget I'm a detective." If he's such a great detective, how come he didn't notice his best friend's car parked in front of his house?

Correction: This is explained a bit further on in the movie. Joe only "suspected" his wife was cheating on him with his best friend, and he also says during that earlier conversation, "What would you like me to say huh, f**k you Sarah?" He did not want to say anything until he was 100 percent sure.

Navy SEALS (1990)

Corrected entry: At the end of the film as the SEALs are being chased from their car out to the sea. Charlie Sheen wrestles the terrorist leader underwater. Yet despite running, swimming and being fired upon, he somehow finds the time to change from combat boots to swim fins. He also proceeds to kill the terrorist by slashing his throat although no cut is ever made and no blood is seen.

Correction: As you can see when the SEALS run into the water Hawkins is carrying his fins, then one of the bad guys shoots a missile into the water, quite some seconds go by as the main terrorist looks for them in the water, in this time Hawkins could well have changed into his fins no problem. Also we don't see Hawkins slash the terrorist's throat because the camera angle/shot of it is too high.

The Peacemaker (1997)

Corrected entry: In the first chase sequence, the hijackers approach the nuke carrying train from behind. They jump on the train. Nobody in the train feels a thud, and then a sniper is shown to slit the throat of the guard standing at the back of the train. He wasn't there before, or he would have seen the approaching train and would have warned the men inside.

Correction: All the soldiers inside are asleep so they would not have heard anything. The guy isn't on the back of the train, just before he gets his throat slashed there is another carriage in front signifying that he is not on the back of the train.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)

Corrected entry: Right before the van door slams on the acrobats hand, you can see that his hand was not even near the door when the van door started to close. (01:01:07)

MCKD

Correction: If you slow it down, and use frame by frame as the van goes round the corner, you can just about see Yen's hand in the door.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)

Corrected entry: The balloons in Rusty's car are made up of four colors only (light and dark pink, and clear and pink see-through with writing on them). When Virgil brings them into the casino, there are now three purple balloons in the bunch that weren't there in the previous scene. (00:35:35)

MCKD

Correction: The three purple balloons could've very well been hidden by the other balloons in Rusty's car, you only see the front view of the car, the balloons could've been at the back or in the middle.

The Matrix (1999)

Corrected entry: After Neo "wakes up", a grappling hook picks up Neo after he falls into the sewer. It has a different number of arms going up than going down. (00:34:45)

Correction: Not true, I count six when it is going down, six when it is inside the ship, and the shot where it comes out of the water, it's kind of blurry, but it still looks like six.

The Matrix (1999)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Neo is arrested and brought out of the building we see a reflection of Neo in the mirror on Trinity's bike. We see the agent's right hand on Neo's arm and his left arm on Neo's shoulder, but in the next cut we see the agent's left hand has dropped to nearly his side and though his right hand is still on Neo's shoulder the agent's arm is touching the shoulder from Neo's side rather that from the rear as in the previous cut. (00:16:00)

Correction: I have checked this mistake many times, in slow motion and using frame by frame, the agents hands do not move from Neo's shoulders or arms, but at the end you do see one of the agents hands on top of Neo's head.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)

Corrected entry: When Virgil Malloy is walking through the casino with the balloons, he bumps into Turk Malloy. Watch when he first bumps into him and their argument ensues. Their mouths are not moving. (00:35:50)

Correction: Unless you can see their heads/faces in fullscreen, you don't see their faces at all, all you see is partial hair and the balloons going up to the ceiling.

Ocean's Eleven (2001)

Corrected entry: The car dealer salesman has two pens in his coat pocket, then one, then two, and then back to one. (00:39:40)

Correction: Unless this mistake can only be seen in "Fullscreen", I only see two pens when it first cuts to the salesman. In all other shots the camera is too high to see the pocket where the pens are.

The Matrix (1999)

Corrected entry: At the beginning, the Agents ram into the phone booth and brick wall. All three hop out. When the Agent to the right turns to Smith and says something, the white screen is reflecting off his sunglasses.

Correction: Only Agent Smith comes out of the truck, and that light you see could very well be a street light like the ones beaming out from behind the agents, it could be classified as a mistake if you could see a "white pane ", but this shot is too far away to determine this.
