Visible crew/equipment: Close to the end of the film when we see Joe in the woods with all the bad guys, he has his hand in the puppet that his daughter gave to him, now as the camera pans down from a wide shot, look to the right beyond the tree and there is a crewmember standing next to a red ladder, the shot is quick but very visible. Continuity mistake: When Joe has been kidnapped, and then killed one of the bad guys, Milo says to Pablo, "Take the corpse out of here and fix Mr Hallenbeck a drink." Pablo is holding his gun in his right hand, but in the next wide shot Pablo is now holding his gun in his left hand. (01:03:10)

Continuity mistake: At the police station, just after Cory was killed, the Chief of the precinct is looking at Joe and says "The same son of a b**ch saved the president's life." When the shot cuts to the other guy, then back to Joe and Jimmy outside the office, in the background the chief is now sitting back at his desk - some pretty quick moving between shots. (00:31:40)

Continuity mistake: In the limo chase scene on the freeway, just after Baynard's bodyguards shoot at Jimmy and Joe in the BMW, the limo speeds away and Joe drives after them, he clashes with two cars and the right side of the BMW gets damaged slightly if you watch closely, then in the following shot as we see the BMW speed off, the side where it was damaged has repaired itself. Revealing mistake: Close to the end of the film when Joe is in the woods with all the bad guys, he starts to shoot them, as he shoots the first bad guy, if you pause it before he shoots, you can see that there is a rather large lump in the guys forehead where he gets shot, obviously some kind of squib or something to make the effect of being shot in the head. Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film where we see Joe and his best friend Mike standing outside of Joe's house, if you look Joe is standing in front of the tree and his car is parked in line with the tree, yet when Mike walks away and Joe turns around, the car is now parked almost in front of the tree, and Joe is standing behind the tree. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film in the bar scene, we see Joe and Jimmy Dix talking then, Jimmy throws a punch and Joe catches it, knocks Jimmy down and he walks off. If you slow this part down as Joe begins to sit down again, there is a glass on the table half full with scotch, then when Joe reaches for the glass it is turned over and spilt, as he says, "Spilt my warm cup of piss ". Continuity mistake: When Joe and Jimmy are walking down a tunnel going to Marcone's office, several players are running down the tunnel, and then you hear the voice of the big guy (Jimmy broke his nose in the pool scene). Lots of players are running down the tunnel, yet when the big guy grabs him all you see are the players in the distance, when we should see loads more players running past Jimmy, Joe and the big guy. Continuity mistake: When Cory is killed, Joe hears the sirens and puts his weapons up in the air. When the police cars come, Joe walks up to the car that parks directly behind Jimmy's Jaguar. In the shot behind Joe no policeman steps out when the cars drive up, yet, in the following shot a policeman is already standing beside the police car holding his weapon. (00:30:05)

Continuity mistake: When Joe and Milo are up on the steel structure where the stadium lights are, just before Joe throws the bag of ammo over the edge, a sniper runs to the right in the background, then in a following shot, the sniper runs to the right again. It is the same sniper. (01:31:15)

Continuity mistake: When Jimmy is arguing with his former colleague in the pool of the LA Stallions, in the first shot of him there are two pink balloons and a red one behind the big guy in the pool. In one particular shot there is only one pink balloon, the other balloons are on a string and are blowing in the wind, then after this shot, it goes back to being two pink balloons and a red one behind the big guy. Continuity mistake: In the limo chase scene on the freeway, Joe and Jimmy overtake a big truck and pull in front of it, yet in two following shots, if you look out the back of the window, the big truck has disappeared, then reappears on a wide shot. (01:17:35)

Continuity mistake: On the freeway chase scene, when Jimmy Dix and Joe Hallenbeck are shot at, the window gets shattered by a bullet. In some later shots, the window is completely intact. (01:18:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jimmy Dix is in the bar, and says " to Alex the astronaut" he is holding the glass with his left hand. In the following shot he drinks it with his right, then it switches back to his left. (00:19:10)
