Continuity mistake: When they are on the train and Stone and the other SEAL guy are fighting in the kitchen. Stone drops his lighter, when it hits the floor it is closed, but when he is on the floor and he goes to grab it, the top is open. (01:27:05 - 01:27:35)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the crew is in the jumper, Ronan Dex has his hair tied back. When they land on the island and walk into the camp, his hair is down, and then they have to run back to the jumper when the prisoners start shooting at them. When they get back in the jumper, Ronan's hair is tied up again.

Other mistake: At the beginning, when the woman is driving she pulls up behind a truck she wants to pass. She sticks her head out of her window to see if there is anybody coming and her hair doesn't move at all.

Other mistake: In the library scene, the guards are harassing the inmate by throwing books on the floor to make him pick them up.One of the guards drops a book on the floor to tell the inmate that he missed one but when he comes back to pick it up he actually picks up 3 books. (00:48:50)

Taxi (2004)
Other mistake: When the taxi and the BMW are driving down the alley, the robbers are trying to escape, the cop is running after them on foot, they reach the end of the alley the BMW takes off but the taxi stops for the cop and he shows up shortly after. There is no way he could've caught up to them that fast. Not unless he can run at 30mph.

Audio problem: When the bank robbers shoot out the tire on the patrol car right after the second robbery, the police officer goes to call for back up. We hear him start talking before he has the radio in his hand.
