Revealing mistake: At the end of the movie after Necros falls from the plane the camera cuts back to Bond, as he tries to struggle his way out of the nest. If you look closely under the nest you can see Necros at the start of his fall again. Also notice Necros is replaced by a dummy.

Revealing mistake: When Tommy, Jack and Rose are trapped down the staircase with a lot of other people, during the shot where Fabrizio is running towards Jack, look on the right portion of the screen. You can see a kid with a hat on, being carried around by his mother, who deliberately grins at the camera. (02:03:40)

Revealing mistake: During the NYC Zoo fight where the giant crocodiles come out for action, when the crocodiles devour the first bad guy he is very obviously CGI. His head is twice as big as his body, looking really ridiculous.
