Goodbye To All That - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: When John and Pyle are at the shooting range, John's protective glasses are up on his head when he fixes Pyle's gun, down on his face when he fires the gun, back up on his head after firing and then back down on his face when he gives the gun back to Pyle. They're then back on his head before taking them off before the scene ends. (00:13:45)

Show generally

Deliberate mistake: On several occasions throughout both series/seasons, whenever a Terminator fires a weapon, they blink. This should not happen because that would be a human reaction - Terminators aren't human. They're made to look and act human, but SkyNet don't focus on the little things; such as emotions, breathing and reflexes. The three most notable instances of this are in Season 1, Episode 5: "Queen's Gambit", Season 2, Episode 21: "Adam Raised a Cain" and Season 2, Episode 22: "Born to Run". In "Queen's Gambit", Cameron blinks as she fires a machine gun at the T-888 in the back of the black van as he runs towards her, in "Adam Raised a Cain" the water delivery Terminator blinks as he shoots Savannah Weaver's nanny Debbie and as he shoots the security guard and Catherine Weaver in "Born to Run".

Pilot - S1-E1

Character mistake: In the first scene with Cameron after she walks away from John next to the lockers, there's a poster on a wall to the left. It contains the word "guidance" misspelled as "guidence".

Goodbye To All That - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: Season 2, Episode 5: "Goodbye To All That" - We see Marty Bedell playing on his Xbox 360 with a headset attached to his right ear. But when the T-888 arrives at his house to kill him and he goes to answer the door, the headset is gone. There was absolutely no time for Marty to remove the headset as the camera cuts too quickly.

To the Lighthouse - S2-E20

Other mistake: Season 2, Episode 20: "To the Lighthouse" - In the flashbacks to the jungle, John is considerably younger. Sarah however, is not. Adults don't change nearly as much as a child would in the same time period, but this is a pretty big jump back in time. John is only a child in the flashbacks, putting Sarah in her mid to late 20s. Yet she still looks 35 and even has the exact same skin and facial structure.

Today is the Day (1) - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: Season 2, Episode 18: "Today Is The Day, Part 1" - At the beginning of the episode, Jesse hasn't gotten rid of Riley's body yet but has somehow found the time to replace her living room table which was broken in the previous episode, "Ourselves Alone", whilst fighting with Riley.

Queen's Gambit - S1-E5

Revealing mistake: Look at Summer Glau's face when she jumps off the Jeep onto the black van and punches the windshield to throw the driver out - it isn't Summer Glau. It's her stunt double, Sonja Munsterman. It isn't even Lena Headey driving the Jeep or Thomas Dekker sitting in the back.

THGhost

Gnothi Seauton - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Sarah throws Cameron out of the window after the rigged safe deactivates her, she lands on the roof of a car at the bottom with her legs straight, arms straight at a diagonal angle and her head looking straight up. But four shots later, she is lying on the car with her legs bent over the roof, her arms at a horizontal angle and her head looking to the left.

Today is the Day (2) - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: Season 2, Episode 19: "Today Is The Day, Part 2" - When Queeg tells Jesse to secure all side arms and plasma rifles, take Officer Goodnow's body to the cool room and return to duty, he walks halfway up the metal staircase behind him twice.

THGhost

Mr. Ferguson is Ill Today - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: Throughout most of the episode, the repeated conversations seen in each character's stories are slightly different to each other: the way certain lines are delivered, the position of the actors, etc. These scenes were most likely re-filmed.

What He Beheld (2) - S1-E9

Visible crew/equipment: After Cromartie lets Agent Ellison go after killing all the SWAT officers, there is an overhead shot of the swimming pool. Next to the SWAT officer closest to/behind Cromartie, a hand emerges from the pool. The shot immediately then cuts to a close up of Cromartie.

THGhost

Adam Raised a Cain - S2-E21

Revealing mistake: Some of the security cameras in the Weaver's household are in some rather odd locations. We see a camera's point of view of Savannah looking up through the glass table that she's doing her homework on, and a camera's point of view of Savannah hiding behind the TV. Besides the obvious need for John Henry to keep an eye on her, what is the need for these cameras? And where are they placed? Later on in the episode, when John Henry is talking to James Ellison about why he stopped looking for Sarah Connor, pretty much all of the cameras on the wall next to them are recycled shots from the actual show and couldn't possibly be from physical cameras due to their awkward angles.
