Continuity mistake: When 007 puts Tatiana into the back of the truck with the flowers, he also puts his own attache case and the lector into the back of the truck: But later, when he stops the truck and gets out, he can be seen holding part of the rifle that he will use to shoot down the helicopter, then in the next shot he is carrying the lector from the truck again.

Continuity mistake: Just after Vargas has been harpooned and impaled to the tree, watch the position of Domino's hands as she says to Bond "I'm doing this for my brother for what he did to him" in between shots: When she has her back to the camera you cannot see her hands, but when you see Bond from behind, she has both of her hands on his shoulders.

Continuity mistake: When Tatiana and 007 are on the speedboat, she can be seen putting a flare gun down down behind the windscreen and directly behind the small mast, but in the next shot (from behind) the flare gun has changed position, and is now to right of the small mast.

Continuity mistake: When Belloq grabs the machine gun, his left hand is on the trigger and his right hand on the gun cartridge as he turns round with his back to the camera, but in the next shot, his right hand is on the trigger and his left hand on the cartridge but in the next shot, his hands have changed position once more, this time left hand on the trigger and right hand on the cartridge. Continuity mistake: When Indy is packing his suitcase to go to Nepal, he picks up a gun that is wrapped in a piece of cloth, he tosses the gun with his left hand into his right hand and begins to unwrap the gun from the cloth by raising his right hand, so that the gun will fall into his left hand, but the gun ends up falling into Indy's right hand instead of his left hand. Continuity mistake: Just after Grant has hit 007 on the back of his head and knocked him out, Grant searches through the pockets of 007. He takes out some money and puts it into his lower left side pocket. But when 007 kills Grant and searches his pockets, he takes back the money from Grant's inside top right-hand pocket.

Continuity mistake: During the fight at the gypsy camp, just before the host thanks 007 for saving his life from the gunman up above, watch carefully at the point when he is aiming his rifle and about to shoot. In the next shot just before 007 fires his gun, you can see the gunman loading his rifle. (00:44:15)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film as James Bond swims towards Palmeras, he gets out of the water to go up a flight of steps, and you see that he is wearing red shorts that are wet as he gets to the top. You then see a shot of Largo's henchmen getting into the back of a truck, as Bond goes down the next flight of steps the shorts are no longer wet, and they are now much lighter in colour.

Continuity mistake: When Rosa Klebb is interviewing Tatiana, she is wearing a pair of glasses, and she makes a reference to Tatiana having had three lovers. Then, as Tatiana answers back, Klebb is no longer wearing the glasses. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: Just before Klebb uses the knuckle duster on Grant watch carefully and you see the bag on her right shoulder is removed with her right hand, but is handed to the man behind with her left hand in between shots. (00:13:05)

Continuity mistake: When 007 is trying to escape from the Disco Volante, having taken underwater pictures, you see the speedboat come into contact with the oxygen tanks that 007 is using, as he is spun round you can see that the tanks are undamaged, but when one of Largo's henchmen pulls the tanks out of the water, the tank on the right hand side is damaged.

Continuity mistake: When Grant hits 007 on the back of the head with his gun, he falls onto his back about six inches away from the seat, but in the next shot 007 is lying on his right side and his face is right up against the seat.

Continuity mistake: When Bond and Felix go out for the first time to search for the missing plane, Bond's hair has a parting to the left and is wearing watch on his left arm, but at the moment when they are flying over Largo's house, Bond is looking through a pair of binoculars. As he says to Felix "separate pools for sharks, no less" his hair is now parted on the right and his watch is now on his right arm, also watch out for the mouthpiece on Felix's headphones - it changes from left to right.
