Plot hole: All the vehicles and machines that came alive had some electrical component to them. Even though the little ATV with the machine gun on it would obey that rule, the machine gun isn't electrically connected. It shouldn't have been able to operate it.

The Pegasus - S7-E12

Plot hole: Apparently when it came to taking the ship into the asteroid, the entire bridge crew conveniently forgot that Galaxy class federation starships can separate. The obviously prudent course of action would be to separate the ship and send the star drive section (the narrower section) into the asteroid while the saucer section (the wider section) stood guard outside. The only reason this wasn't done was to provide drama for the rest of the episode when the Romulans collapsed the entrance to the chasm.

Suggested correction: This is purely speculation. They may have needed the equipment, sensors, and weapons of the entire ship.

Continuity mistake: When the Enterprise is making a run for the Mutara Nebula, they show a scene in a photon torpedo bay. On the wall the sign says "TORP BAY 4." The problem is that the Enterprise only has 2 photon torpedo bays. Bay 1 (Starboard side) and Bay 2 (Port side). This version of the Enterprise has no aft photon torpedo bays.

Continuity mistake: When Admiral Kirk and party arrive in the transport pod, they dock on the port side docking port in the secondary hull. But the airlock they emerge from is in the docking port for the port side torpedo bay, as signified by the sign in the background saying "TORP BAY 2." You can see the docking port they are supposed to have docked at to emerge from on the side of the torpedo launchers, just above of the secondary hull. The reason for this is because they re-used the stock footage from ST:TMP when Kirk and Scotty docked at the same docking port.

Factual error: After the terrorists on the motorcycle take off, Gordon uses a fire axe to puncture the natural gas line. The natural gas (which was under pressure) would have quickly filled the tunnel. Now when the motorbike drives through it, the engine should have revved high with a combustible gas being taken in in place of oxygen. It would be like using nitrous on a hot rod. But you can hear the RPM's stay normal for a motorcycle.

The Peacemaker (1997)

Plot hole: After Vlado was shot and his brother (the one with the bomb) was carrying him, there's no way Tom and Julia shouldn't have been able to catch him. He was MUCH slower carrying Vlado and they should have been able to catch up to them in no time. And there were other law enforcement following DeVoe. There was only one way out of that alley. Why weren't they at the entrance?

Commando (1985)

Factual error: The explosives that Matrix places by the buildings on the island are Anti-personnel Claymore mines. You can see on the back, it says "APERS MINE" (APERS MINE = Anti-Personnel Mine). They spray out steel balls designed to take out enemy troops. The relatively small amount of explosive in them is used to propel the steel balls to lethal speeds. There's nowhere near enough explosive in them to demolish those buildings the way that was shown in the movie. In regards to the point about explosives being inside the buildings and being "ignited by the blast of the mines". There's no way Matrix could have known about the explosives inside the buildings. He was OUTSIDE the buildings, so he would have no logical reason to place the explosives there. Also, some of those buildings were barracks for the troops. There would not be explosives stored in them. (01:09:55)

Commando (1985)

Continuity mistake: Right when the fight between Matrix and Bennett begins, the Uzi submachine gun vanishes from Bennett's right shoulder (it was on a strap). Then suddenly at the end of the fight (after the fell down over the railing and to the next level down, the Uzi reappears when Bennett picks it up and attempts to shoot Matrix. Bennett lost it on the upper level nowhere near the railing, and it somehow appeared on the lower level away from the railing.

Revealing mistake: Near the end when Khan says "For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee", if you look near the bridge of his nose you can see the prosthetic of his "wounds" is coming loose.

Factual error: There's no way Kristatos' thug in the diving hardsuit could have the maneuverability to get inside the wreck and move around in such close quarters. Diving hardsuits aren't made for shipwreck diving.

Continuity mistake: When Wai Lin and Bond are placing the mines on the stealth ship, the underside of the boat is closed. Otherwise people could have easily seen them placing the mines through the big opening in the underside of the boat if it were open. But when they show the inside of the ship, the underside is open to the water.

Plot hole: Right before Bond hops on the moving camera globe to go blow up the barrier to the control room on the Liparus, they show a shot of one of the firing slots on the control room open and the guards firing at Bond. Through the port, you can see that Bond is on the catwalk above the walkway to the barrier. But when Bond climbs down onto the camera globe, and when he's sliding back on the track, nobody fires a shot, even though he's now in a direct line of fire with those firing ports and the guards have a totally clear shot at him.

Broken Arrow (1996)

Continuity mistake: When Hale shoots into the train from the helicopter, he wounds Deakins in the right arm, but later during the movie, the wound is nowhere to be seen. Especially during the fight scene at the end when Deakins takes off his jacket. There's no blood or wound anywhere on his right arm.

Goldfinger (1964)

Continuity mistake: When Oddjob drives Mr. Solo to the airport, he drives him in a black car. After he shoots him and takes him to the scrap yard, then he has the car crushed in the compactor. When it comes out, it's the compacted remains of a car painted a lighter shade of blue.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film during Bond's "funeral", the shot cuts to a man watching the funeral from a boat through a pair of binoculars. The camera then moves to the newspaper next to him showing an "article" reporting Bond's murder. If you look closely at the "article" itself, you can see it was actually pasted onto the actual local newspaper. They probably bought a local newspaper and pasted the fake article over it to make it look authentic.

Plot hole: Right after Bond escapes Blofeld and joins Tanaka and Kissy, they say they need to get to the Control Room (that Bond just left from), they look at the "front door" to the Control Room and Tanaka says "Impossible! It's too well defended!". Why did they not go back the way Bond just came from, through Blofeld's "apartment"? Instead, they fight their way across the entire launching complex and go through another entrance, which ALSO leads through Blofeld's "apartment".

Unnatural Selection - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Looking at the shuttlecraft while sitting in the shuttle bay and after it has departed the Enterprise, you can tell they are different types of shuttles. The one in the shuttle bay has more angular lines with straight edges. The one outside the Enterprise has more curves than angles to its lines.
