Continuity mistake: When Ken Wahl is skiing down the mountain being chased, does the jump and twist at the bottom of the mountain and shoots the guy. The guy is in midair when he gets shot and he has his skis on but when he hits the ground the skis are nowhere in sight.

Continuity mistake: When the Soldier's team is breaking into the missile silo at one point they are told that a door will only be open 5 seconds but when the door opens the team has to incapacitate the two guards and the door is open for more then 5 seconds.

Continuity mistake: When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes. The rest of the grenades that Andrew throws explode in a couple of seconds like they are supposed to. (01:17:20)

Continuity mistake: When Tiffany puts the doll dressed like a bride in the cage with Chucky, she throws a handful of rice in Chucky's face and most of it falls off, but the next time we see Chucky a lot of rice is sticking on his face. (00:27:05)

Continuity mistake: When Colonel Moore told the one soldier to tell his men to fire three rounds at anything that looks suspicious. Colonel Moore stood up and fired right away not giving the soldier any time to tell anyone.

Continuity mistake: When Melvin and Keiko are in the kitchen cooking they both have their hands in the bowl mixing the food and have the food all over their hands then Melvin spills food on Keiko's leg, but when Melvin picks her up and sits her on the counter to clean her off his hands are clean. Continuity mistake: When Mickey and Mallory are marrying themselves on the bridge Mickey cuts both of their hands with his knife and then they hold hands and the blood is dripping off their hands but the next time you see their hands there is only a little blood around the cuts.

Continuity mistake: After Lara drives the Jeep through all the water, mud and dirt on the plains of Africa and gets where she is going, the Jeep is clean. I don't imagine they have too many carwashes in the plains of Africa.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie Jake Hayes is in the CIA headquarters explaining to his girlfriend and foster mother that when a CIA operative is killed in the line of duty his name is written in the book and the book is sealed up so no one knows who he is, but the book is in a display case in a public area of the CIA headquarters with Kevin Pope's name there for every one to see.

Continuity mistake: During the Charger/Mustang chase scene you see Steve McQueen's Mustang skid around a lot of corners. If you look at the street you can see the skid marks from the previous takes.

Continuity mistake: When the team was trying to get out of Beirut and the green car that they were in flips over. The first time you see Hawkins starting to crawl out he has blood on his neck the camera cuts away then the next time you see him the blood is gone.

Continuity mistake: When David Carradine is driving the green car seconds before he jumps the bridge they show the odometer on his car and it is changing to 83 miles. There should be more miles then that considering that he had the car for at least a couple hours, it was dark outside when he got it and light outside when he made the jump plus the guys who own the car probably drove it some.
