Avoid the Chinese Mustard - S10-E7
Continuity mistake: When Missi and Walden are sitting at the kitchen table, discussing what being in love feels like, Missi reaches across the table and places her right hand on Walden's right hand. The shot changes to a different angle, and now it's Missi's left hand that is on Walden's right hand. They switch back to the original angle, and it's her right hand back on his hand again. The tattoo on her left inner forearm immediately gives it away. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: In the runaway horse scene at the vineyard, Steve's saddle has a horn on it when he's galloping after her to save her. Then the horn is missing once he actually pulls her onto his horse in order to accommodate them both in the saddle. In the next scene they are headed back to the vineyard and now the saddle on the same horse has a horn on it since it's only Mary riding it and Steve is walking beside it holding the reins now. Factual error: When Cataleya shoots at the CIA agent through the window while on the phone with Ross, immediately after getting the information she wants she hangs up on Ross and his phone starts emitting a landlines "Off-hook" tone - which is impossible on a cell phone. (01:23:18)

Continuity mistake: Kuffs is shot in the abdomen and shows the bullet wound to be just above the waist line of his pants in the cab, but a few scenes later there is a montage of him getting ready for his dinner with Maya and Kuffs is dancing around with no shirt on revealing that there is no bullet wound. At the end of the montage Kuffs lays down on the bed and the bullet wound is back.

Other mistake: In the alley scene immediately following the jail escape Dave and Wally are trying to open a door, Dave steps away from Wally and while looking away says "There's an alley!" Wally hollers out "Dave!" and Dave whips back around and says "I'm right here, I'm right here!" He wouldn't have been able to have heard his name being shouted since he is deaf. (00:39:00)
