Trivia: At the end of the film when the I Can Only Imagine single is being distributed to radio stations, the first person that is seen opening it is actually Wally from the Wally Show of WayFM.
Trivia: Dennis Quaid's twin children are seen as extras in the dinner scene. His daughter is the little girl who points at him as he falls out of his chair during his medical attack.
Trivia: Dennis Quaid is shown to have been a football quarterback in his high school years. The picture of him shown in his trophy case as he's throwing away and burning his memorabilia is a picture of Dennis Quaid in the movie Any Given Sunday from 1999 where he played a quarterback, even sporting the #19 in the image.
