Continuity mistake: When Tom tells Gail he won't take part in the rafting trip and she sits down on the bed, her hair changes several times between tucked behind the ears and hanging straight in alternating shots. (00:04:35)
Continuity mistake: Later into the morning of the second day of the trip, after Wade and Terry have shown Gail and Tom the rapids they were afraid of, you see a silhouette shot of the whole group against a beautiful evening sky. (00:20:30)
Revealing mistake: When Gail throws a stone to make it bounce on the water you see in slow motion that she fakes the throw with an empty hand, and only in the next shot do you actually see the stone bouncing. (00:27:25)
Roarke: How come you're on his side? Gail: I'm not on anybody's side, I'm on everybody's side, I'm the mother.
Gail: Are you makin' a pass at me? Tom: I don't know, is that what it's called this far outside of Boston? Gail: This far inside of marriage, you mean. Tom: I think we're sufficiently alienated for this to qualify as a pass.
Wade: I want to thank you, Tom. You saved my life. Tom: Uh - don't worry about it. Wade: You didn't have to hit me, though. Tom: ...Yes I did.
Question: After Wade seemingly kills Tom, Terry scolds him, saying he had said at the start of the robbery that no-one would get hurt, but now three people (a guard, Frank and "Tom") are dead. Why does Terry wait until the "third" death to have it out with Wade?
