Audio problem: In the first cut scene where Leon talks to Hunnigan he's saying "I thought you'd be a little longer" instead of "I thought you'd be a little older".
Continuity mistake: After Leon beats Bitores Mendez and takes his fake eye, you will notice if you look closely at his corpse that his fake eye is still in his head.
Trivia: The knife Leon throws when he rescues Ada at the end of the game was Krauser's knife; the same knife he picked up after their first encounter.
