Continuity mistake: In the remake, in the cutscene after Jill fights Nemesis outside the clock tower, Jill will have the grenade launcher equipped, even if she didn't have it equipped before the fight.
Audio problem: At one point in the game Carlos loses his accent and speaks without the accent throughout the rest of the game.
