Other mistake: One of the main activities of the game is the "Saint Quests", where you have to interact with the Saints to advance their affection levels. The buttons for that action say "Advance to Interact." It's the other way around.
Other mistake: One of the trivia questions appears just as the cryptic words "Plastic flower."
Other mistake: The title of Chapter 10.3 of the side stories is "Protection! Guard's daily." The last part is left out.
Other mistake: The Legion Quest tab lists all the possible weekly quests; the description of the Legion Dungeon one says "total legion dungeon CHANLLENGE."
Other mistake: One of the trivia questions asks which of the 12 zodiac temples is connected to the Pope's chambers. The only answer that has "Temple" in its name ("Pisces Temple") is the correct one.
Character mistake: In the Cloth Cemetery event, Mu explains rather ambiguously that all Hell breaks loose and the "infection" happens because "Athena's occlusion has been loosened", while what he really means is "The Seal of Athena has been weakened."
Other mistake: In the Sanctuary invasion side story, Carlos warns that "The Sanctuary has been invaded. There peace of the world has been broken", instead of "the peace." There are other words blatantly wrong, such as, when talking to the priest "Let's see of your heart is sincere enough", instead of "if."
Other mistake: The game mode facing enemies of growing difficulty with two different parties is called "Trials of Athena", but in parts of the game (such as the daily activity quest recap) it becomes "Trails of Athena."
Character mistake: The side story showing Aiolia trying to meet with the Grand Pope has a few minor mistakes (such as "I've need to meet with the GP", to Aphrodite).
Other mistake: One of the questions Kraken Isaac can pose to the player is "Who are the other two?" It is obviously missing the first part; other two what?
Character mistake: In sidequest 10.4 (the one where he has to restore the temple of Lybra) Carlos says "Let me see think whether there's a good way"
Character mistake: In the side-mission against Deathmask at mount Gohoro, the Sanctuary Executioner says at first that "the ones who came with me don't know", but suddenly it becomes a single person "I'll write him a note."
Character mistake: In the side story 10.2, a blind Shiryu has to face the golden Saint of Cancer as end boss to protect his master. In the dialogue before the fight, Shiryu says "I told you before, I won't allow you to lay a hand on Deathmask." But Deathmask is the name of his opponent, he should have said "I won't allow you to lay a hand on Master Dohko."
Character mistake: Before the second part of the duel with Shiryu at the end of Story Chapter 1, he mentions breaking Seiya's cloth, but it is the other way around.
Other mistake: During side-mission 10.1, the mythical botanical part used to bring Hyoga back from the dead goes from being a pistil, to a stamen - it could be object of debate which one is the right version, and if there's enough difference, but what surely is wrong is when the "Sacred Stamen" becomes for step 5 of the quest a "SCARED Stamen."
Other mistake: In chapter 10.1, "Relieving Hyoga Crisis", one of the steps requires answering a quiz. Question; "Who guides souls to Acheron?" Possible answers; Bailishouyue, The Hulk, Alladin, Sirens. Right answer? Sirens. Which it's not, and the next line of dialogue in fact says; "Hermes, yes, that's the name."
Other mistake: In Ichi's self-training mission, he fetches a single rose, but the icon used is the one of a bunch of roses, and also the description in that screen says 'roses' in contrast with the singular before and after.
Other mistake: When you receive in-world mail notification about a new Saint's friendship level increase and part of their profile unlocking as a result, the game does not have a distinction between female and male characters. Therefore you get mails such as "As your friendship has grown with Saint Marin, he is willing to tell you his life story." Marin is a woman.
