Character mistake: The in-fight taunt of Black Andromeda says "These chains will turn into snakes that will drain your HP." Nothing of the sorts happens in the game - no snake related effects or appearance, and most importantly, it's not an attack with a HP drain effect.
Character mistake: When Milo speaks with Crystal in Story mode about his master, he says; "If he hasn't done so, you probably have already died long before." That's not how conditional forms work.
Character mistake: The side story of Hyoga released from the ice coffin gets surprisingly frisky with typos such as "Anyone we've done has worked" and "I am the protector of the uninhibited Libra Temple." It's an empty (not inhabited) temple.
Character mistake: In the second Hell that Shaka puts in front of Ikki, he mentions "They are consumed their by hunger and greed", inverting two words.
Character mistake: In the Human Realm on his way to face Virgo, Ikki meets Shun who tells him "I hope you can break through the rest on your", missing the word "own."
Character mistake: In the Cloth Cemetery event, Mu explains rather ambiguously that all Hell breaks loose and the "infection" happens because "Athena's occlusion has been loosened", while what he really means is "The Seal of Athena has been weakened."
Character mistake: The side story showing Aiolia trying to meet with the Grand Pope has a few minor mistakes (such as "I've need to meet with the GP", to Aphrodite).
Character mistake: In sidequest 10.4 (the one where he has to restore the temple of Lybra) Carlos says "Let me see think whether there's a good way"
Character mistake: In the side-mission against Deathmask at mount Gohoro, the Sanctuary Executioner says at first that "the ones who came with me don't know", but suddenly it becomes a single person "I'll write him a note."
Character mistake: In the side story 10.2, a blind Shiryu has to face the golden Saint of Cancer as end boss to protect his master. In the dialogue before the fight, Shiryu says "I told you before, I won't allow you to lay a hand on Deathmask." But Deathmask is the name of his opponent, he should have said "I won't allow you to lay a hand on Master Dohko."
Character mistake: Before the second part of the duel with Shiryu at the end of Story Chapter 1, he mentions breaking Seiya's cloth, but it is the other way around.
Character mistake: With Saori unconscious outside, Jamien ponders why can't they just kill all of those "Saints who fights each other."
Character mistake: Mu's speech repairing the armors in the Aries temple recites that "It is not the Cloth that determine the strenght of a Saint, but the extend of their Cosmo." Should be 'determines', and 'extent', or 'extension'.
Character mistake: In the explorer quest with Julian and his cronies, Ryan says after one of the preliminary fights with the "endangered species", that "we will explorer [sic] in the depths." In the same quest, after another battle Kanon warns that "we won't won't be getting much sleep", in a repetition.
Character mistake: When the knight of the Crow is surprised by Saori's manifestation as Athena, he says "Why does this woman has such a..."
Character mistake: In the cutscene with Seiya unconscious during the beating he takes at the house of Aldebaran, the letter S is sorely missing when Marin says "If he take out his sword" and Mu says "Gold Saint have all learned."
