We see at least two people sitting in chairs, one wearing a bluish short sleeve shirt, shorts, and boots, and another in a white shirt wearing a baseball style cap. Character mistake: When the posse is heading out in the morning, one guy says that it's heading north and they start riding in the direction he's pointing. However it's supposed to be first thing in the morning, and you can see the shadows of the horses cast to the left of screen while they are riding towards the camera. The sun rises in the east, which would be right of screen with the shadows cast towards the west. Since they are riding towards camera, this puts them heading south.
Ella: If it's all the same, I would like to ride along too.
Meacham: Yes, ma'am. We've got a kid, a dog, why not a woman?
Trivia: When Ella is abducted by the alien speeders, while the group flees from Jake's old gang; it really is Olivia Wilde being pulled 40ft+ into the air while riding full tilt on horseback, not her stunt double.
