Continuity mistake: Stallone is eating a banana when he is on the computer in the Mariott. He takes a bite and the banana is smaller, then in the next shot it is bigger again.

Nicolai turns out to be alive (he had a bullet proof vest on). The final showdown is in an old deserted hotel. Robert Rath (Sylvester Stallone) and Miguel Bain (Antonio Banderas) kill him together. Miguel Bain aims at Robert as he's walking away. Robert shoots him through the back of his jacket. Robert and Electra (Julianne Moore) leave with the money.
