Revealing mistake: After Sador has Nestors arm removed and it shows him on the bridge, his real arm is obviously seen hidden underneath his clothing.

Continuity mistake: When Shad and Nanelia are kissing, her right ear is covered by her hair, in the next shot her hair is now tucked behind her ear, and in the next shot, her ear is now covered again.

Plot hole: Nell the ship made a statement early on in the movie that the Nuclear bombs that Sador was firing at her could not be destroyed, the only defense was to outrun them. Soon after Cayman dies, Sador fires Nuclear bombs at Shad and Nell, and Shad is able to destroy them by firing on them.

Revealing mistake: When Caymans right hand man throws his spear through the bodies of two enemies, you can see that the part of the spear sticking out of the second guy isn't remotely in line with the spear going through the first guy.

Audio problem: When the Kelvin sacrifice themselves in front of the Sonic Tank, Cowboy walks off and says, "C'mon, lets go", but his lips don't match what he says.
