Continuity mistake: After Jason Statham takes the card off Joan Allen's desk showing his daughter with her foster father, he rips the part with her foster father out. Then he's sitting on the bleachers, looking at the picture. The tear is curved. However, when Jason Statham and Tyrese Gibson are escaping on the train, he looks at the picture again and the rip is straight.

Continuity mistake: Just before the dreadnought is destroyed Joe and Jensen's cars swap sides.

Coach: Tomorrow morning you'll meet your navigator Case. She'll help you navigate the course, reload your weapons, and help with the running of the car.
Jensen Ames: I'd love to talk to her ahead of time before the race.
Gunner: Yeah, I'd like a big-tittied girl to lick peanut butter off my toes, but it ain't gonna happen. This is still a prison, man. She's a chick. They get busted from the women's facility upstate.
Coach: It's all about ratings. Fast cars, pretty women...
Gunner: Machine Gun Joe's the only one that has male navigators, 'cause he's gay.
Lists: A-a-actually it's because he goes through them so fast, and a-a-audience gets squeamish.
Gunner: Yeah he goes through them... Through their ass.
Coach: He cuts each kill into his skin as a souvenir, I hear.

Question: When the Death Race is being aired, it describes it as having 100 different angles, including angles from inside the driver's car, but Jason Statham's character, imitating Frankenstein, has his masks off, and doesn't have a face "ruined by crashes so he has to wear a mask". Surely if anyone viewed this angle, they could see it wasn't really Frankenstein at all?

Chosen answer: The cameras INSIDE the car are facing out. So that the viewers see what Jenson and Case see, not looking at Case and Jenson.
