Continuity mistake: After Tom (Charlie Sheen) falls over the railing, you get an overview shot where you see his arms stretched out on the pavement. When it cuts, his arms are pulled in under him. (00:07:40)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy hands Tom the pictures of Cody, he just pulled the razor out of his chest, and there is 1 straight line down his shirt. In the next shot when he looks at the first one about 4 more appear. (00:06:00 - 00:07:00)
