Continuity mistake: When Ling gets punched in the face by the girl that offers him tea, when they are singing a new version of "A Girl worth Fighting For" his black eye disappears.

Continuity mistake: In the scene when we find out that Shang is alive, we see a stick floating through the water which gets caught by a tree trunk sticking out. Then when the shot goes into a close up for Shang coming into frame, the stick has suddenly disappeared.

Continuity mistake: In the first movie the tombstones of the Fa family ancestors were shiny like a mirror, now in the second film they are just normal stone tombstones.

Continuity mistake: Just before Mushu forces the wagon to go out of control (after trying to break up Mulan and Shang) Mushu throws his bandage and it wraps around the spoke of the wagon wheel. It is initially tightly wrapped around the spoke, but in the next frame it is hanging loosely from it.

Continuity mistake: When Mushu is talking to Crick-ee about breaking up Mulan and Shang, and Crick-ee is standing on the barrel, from one angle he is in the middle of the barrel, from the other angle he is on the edge.
