Continuity mistake: When Ron and Veronica are seated at the jazz club, they both order drinks. As they sit talking during the same shot, their drinks arrive at the table within 10 seconds.
Continuity mistake: During the scene that has Ron Burgundy taking his beloved dog to the vet, he throws his food out of the window. It strikes an angry biker and causes him to wipe-out on the bridge. They show Ron's car going by him. But when Ron stops, the motorcycle is now in front of the car.
Continuity mistake: After Brian Fantana uses his Sex Panther cologne, he is hosed down by two men outside. Later, Brian's hair is still soaking, but he is wearing the exact same suit which is now completely dry.
Continuity mistake: In the aerial shot before the fight scene you can see a white truck parked at one of the loading docks. But when the actual fight happens there is no truck there anymore.
Continuity mistake: When the news stations clash, as soon as they all run into the center of the circle Brian Fantana falls down on the ground, but in the next shot he is fighting at the back.
Continuity mistake: When the Spanish Language News Team arrives, the team consists of seven members. But once they all come down the stairs and get ready for the fight, there are six members.
