Lisa (Reuben's wife for one day, before she cheats on him with the scuba instructor) begs for Reuben's love, but he turns her down and professes his love for Polly. They don't get married but end up together on the same beach in St. Barts as in the beginning of the movie (where Lisa met Claude, the scuba instructor). Claude offers to take them scuba diving, but they decline since they have plans to go scuba diving with Leland.
