Charlie is offered back his job at his old company, when Daddy Day Care is at its peak. He leaves Daddy Day Care and goes back to the company. At his first meeting, he realises that the kids are more important. He goes back to Daddy Day Care. He sets it up permanently at the old "Space - Final Frontier" spot, and it takes over as the leading daycare, shutting down Anjelica Houston's daycare. And everyone lives happily ever after, except Anjelica Houston who becomes a crossing guard.
