Continuity mistake: When Mr. Funktastic is telling Kar he needs a franchise to steal in his territory, with his right hand he points his finger at Kar and in the next shot his right hand is folded across his chest holding his left arm.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Funktastic goes to kick Kar which causes him to fall to the ground you see the pole in his right hand but when the camera angle changes the pole is now in his left hand. (00:19:37)
Continuity mistake: When The Monk With No Name is fighting his master on the bridge, they both grab the poles and you can see that the Monk is holding his ends of the poles under his arms with his fingers pointing up and to the sides. The camera angle changes and his hands are now pointed straight ahead. The camera angle changes again and his fingers are pointed up. Happens about 3 times during the entire scene. (00:02:12)
Continuity mistake: When Nina is asking Jade if she would rather be shot or the shooter, you see Jade in the reflection of the glass adjusting her pocketbook strap and holding on to it. The camera angle changes and her arms are now crossed across her chest. (00:33:38)
Continuity mistake: When the Monk tries to stop Kar from eating the hotdog, you can see a piece of the hotdog poking out of the bun. The camera angle changes and the hotdog is no longer poking out. (00:36:23)
Continuity mistake: When Jade kicks Kar into the fence you see him falling back into the right side of the fence which then starts falling backwards. The camera angle changes and Kar is now seen landing on the left side of the fence as it hits the ground. (00:18:59)
Continuity mistake: When Nina's boss shows up, she tells him that he is loved and you see her kissing his forehead. The camera angle changes and she is now bending over directly in front of his face. (00:34:48)
Continuity mistake: When the Monk with No Name lays down in Kar's bed you see him use the backpack that holds the scroll as his pillow. The camera angle changes when he gets up to talk to Kar and the backpack is now at his side. (00:29:35)
Continuity mistake: When Kar grabs the chains to swing away from Mr. Funktastic you see him swing around and then start to let go of the chains as his feet hit the ground. The camera angle changes and you see him letting go again as his feet hit the ground. (00:19:33)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Funktastic breaks the bottle originally it breaks just under the neck. Later when Kar is fighting the Funk Squad it shows Mr. Funktastic with a bottle broken near the bottom. (00:18:35)
Continuity mistake: During the first fight scene on the bridge, you see The Monk With No Name do a backflip and you can see that he is at least 2 feet to the right of the support rope but when the camera angle changes to a closeup, you see his feet directly above the rope before he lands on it. (00:01:42)
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys are almost hit by a car you see one of them jumping on the hood of the car, jumping off and then he keeps on running. The camera angle changes to the Monk and then back to the bad guys and you see him just finishing his jump off the car and running again. (00:40:07)
Continuity mistake: When the Germans invade the monastery they shoot the doors of the house containing the scroll and when 2 of the soldiers go to open the doors, the bullet hole damage is much more severe. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: When Nina is thanking all the people at the exhibit you see her walking past a glass display with writing on it that's right before the display with the child's face. The camera angle changes and you see her walking past the display with writing on it again. (00:32:32)
Continuity mistake: The scars on the Nazi's face change. They are very short and close to the eye socket when young, but longer and further down the cheek when old. (00:08:45 - 01:19:15)
Continuity mistake: When the police are chasing Kar in the subway you see one of them stopping and sitting next to a woman on a bench. The camera angle changes and the woman is gone. (00:13:07)
Continuity mistake: During Jade's talk with Nina at the exhibit, Jade's hair keeps on changing position during the scene. Sometimes it's near her face and then it's not, and sometimes her ear is sticking out and then it's not. (00:33:12)
