1 easter egg

Genres: Comedy
Plot hole: When they are being told they have failed the evaluation, the dean tells them, "Yes, you people did finish with 84%, but another one of your pledges finished with a zero in every category." It then goes on to state that this drops them down to 58%. For one pledge to bring them down 26% there would have to have been less than four pledges, including Blue, i.e. only three actually taking the evaluation.
Mitch: Wow. Cheese. Is that you?
Dean Pritchard: Hello, Mitch. Bernard. I see you guys haven't changed much.
Beanie: Who's this guy?
Mitch: Beanie, you remember Cheese, Rodney's kid brother?
Dean Pritchard: Actually, my name's not Cheese anymore. It's Gordon Pritchard.
Beanie: Oh, yeah. Cheeeeeese. Yeah, didn't we lock you in a dumpster one time?
Dean Pritchard: Yea, I got out.
Beanie: Cool man. Good. Glad you did.
Trivia: The cafe used in this, when Mitch is speaking with the girl he likes, has been used in "Se7en" (1995), "Training Day" (2001), "Fight Club" (1999), and "Ghost World" (2000) It is believed the cafe is called the Quality Cafe. Even further, the seat the actors are in in each movie is usually the same.
Question: At the end, the Dean has been arrested for bribery. Would the student who exposed him (Wang?) not have been expelled for accepting the bribe and abusing her position and shutting down a frat house?

Chosen answer: No. Because it could be viewed more as extortion than a bribe.
